My baby is 2 months old and he loves this mat it’s perfect for tummy time and because he is a kicker! It’s only been two days that I’ve had it and it definitely keeps him entertained long enough for him to get tired. We do about 10 minutes and that’s enough for him. You can also turn the cake pad so that when baby is ready to sit up on his own. He can press on and turn the toys!!! I really do love this. It’s been hard to find things to keep young babies busy this helps.

Got this for my littles and they were playing with the box before I even opened it, Being a mom of many, it’s essential to keep the kids busy in order to get anything done around the house. This will keep your babies busy for a bit. Everything you need (except three AA batteries) is included in the box. Set up is pretty self explanatory. You can pretty much figure it all out without really needing to look in the instructions booklet just by looking at the picture on the front of the box. Set up from start to finish took less than five minutes. It even came with the screwdriver! You don’t need to be handy to put this together. It only requires screwing in six tiny little screws and the unscrewing of the battery placement area and that’s it. The rest snaps into place. It comes with these two slightly larger plastic straps which aren’t shown on the box or explained in the instruction booklet. Upon further look, it appears that you can actually take the musical part off of the rest of the toy and take it on the go. So you can use those straps to secure it to a stroller for instance. I thought that was pretty neat. Kind of like a two for one toy and who doesn’t love a multi use item. The battery operated part of the toy even has a built in handle so you can carry it and move it around with ease. There’s a lot of fun and bright colors as well as cute little animals for baby to engage with. You’ll get five little toys that connect. One has a decent size little mirror on there for baby to look at themselves while having fun. The mat that baby will come with is very thin and machine washable. It’s an easy off and on connection so you can take that off and toss it in the washer as needed. I have other toys made out of this same fabric and they’ve held up over time so I don’t see that being a problem. All in all, great toy. I definitely recommend this for either your own children or as a gift to someone who has little babies. I do wish it came with some kind of nice little bag or something to store it away when it’s not being played with.
