Works exactly as hoped
I purchased some TP-Link Access points (one used as a repeater) as well. All easy to install and cured all my connection issues in the house. Plus…. down load speed went off the chart giving me between 2x and 10x speed improvement depending on the laptop/desktop. Very pleased with the purchase and ease of installation. Kudos TP-Link. Often bought their PCI wifi cards but this was the first venture into their routers and Access Points and I’m well pleased I did.

Thank you TP-Link!!!!!!
I have an Arris modem router combo similar to or the same as the one Comcast (Xfinity) used to rent to their customers. It is a few years old. I bought my own so I didn’t have to pay the monthly rental. Wifi signal wasn’t the best and it wasn’t wifi 6 so I thought I would give this TP-link a try. This router is awesome! I thought I would have to buy an access point to reach the other side of the house. Nope. Signal is great. I used to run cat5 because it is was so much faster than wireless. I don’t know about that anymore. I have about 300 down and 10 up. The wireless speeds are very close to wired speeds.Sidepoint: If you have a modem router combo I suggest you turn off it’s radio and just connect wirelessly to the router.

Customer Service was AWESOME!
We purchased this router 10 months ago and it worked great. We needed different devices on various access points (not sure if that’s the correct terminology, though). It just stopped working and after trouble-shooting things with my cable company, the problem was not with the modem, so I contacted TP-Link customer service. I worked with Nico over a live chat and he was AWESOME! Although it is a bit difficult to communicate simply via texts, using voice input helped. Nico got us up and running again. I would whole-heartedly recommend this company!

very useful wifi 6/wpa3 router
The wifi on our provider supplied interface/router was not reliable, old, and hard to configure. You need that router to connect to our ISP and access the Internet, so I turned off the unreliable wifi on the ISP’s router and connect the WAN port of the TP-Link AX75 to the primary ethernet port on the ISP’s router. So far everything has been great. My wife likes to stream Japanese TV, but you have to be in Japan, or to connect to a VPN server in Japan, to do it. The AX75 has several options for setting up devices as VPN clients, so I set up a client connection from the router to a Japanese VPN server, and designated her TV as a device that uses the VPN connection. It works really well that way, and all of the configuration is in the router; the TV itself requires no special software. Been using for a month or so, and it is working well. The TP-Link iPhone client is very handy, except for advanced settings. You can do advanced settings on the phone: you just have to do it through a web browser, and a laptop or desktop browser is a much better interface for that. For normal things like checking clients, firmware updates, and rebooting the router when needed, the phone client is pretty good. Data transfer between clients on the LAN network is excellent.

Tech support helped me connect AX75 to internett
New router AX75 wouldn’t connect to internet (internet LED light was red). TP-Link’s tech support rep Doreen L walked me through the process to clone the MAC address from my old router to the new AX75. All good now. Thx!

Good router
Replaced a four-year-old router with this TP Link AX75 and couldn’t be happier. Set up went smoothly using my browser and not the phone app, everything connected without the extender I had been using before.I did have one problem with the TP-link account password that I created and forgot but that was my fault.I called support and spoke with Karen Elizabeth, she was great walking me through a reset of the router and helping set up my account. she also followed up with an email. Happy with the purchase, delivery, wifi signal and service.

Works great
Our neighbor is a drug addict , they set our camper on fire threw trash in our yard, threw eggs on our house and laid out stuff for our pups to find and eat(not good). Well since we have these cameras there has been no problem from him, because he knows that he is being recorded…As much as I fought to put cameras up that is as much as I love having them. WORTH THE MONEY

Decent product when it works, atrocious customer support
Router worked perfectly for about 3 months, then Ethernet ports stopped working. Contacted support, and they’ve put me through a month-long goose chase of product registrations, RMA requests, and emails back and forth. This has culminated in ME having to pay the shipping fee to get THEIR faulty product replaced.I’m so sad that TP link products are used throughout my household. If I can help it, I will not buy any from them ever again. The intentionally awful customer support is proof enough that they don’t care about their customers.

Very Easy installation and works great in the UAE network, and support.Amazon Has Lost My TrustAmazon has become a huge disappointment. Orders from third-party sellers are always delayed, and customer service is no helpâthey just blame the seller and offer generic apologies without resolving anything.Amazon needs to stop hiding behind excuses and take responsibility for its platform. If they canât guarantee reliable service and decent support, whatâs the point?Save yourself the frustrationâstick to âFulfilled by Amazonâ or shop elsewhere.

Utilizando la aplicación la activación se hace muy sencilla. Tiene buena estabilidad en las conexiones y el alcance es bueno, más no excelente.
