I usually keep some ready in my fridge.Itâs easy to make – a quarter cup of seeds and a cup of water.I put a spoonful or two in spaghetti or curry before I eat.It doesnât seem to change the flavor of the dish but I feel like it helps make it a little healthier.I have been ordering this for the past couple of years and the quality has always been good.
