Works well with the dji osmo mobile 6 and iPhone 14 Pro
I recently purchased the DJI Osmo mobile 6 smartphone gimbal to take better videos. I read that you could get an attachment so that you wouldnât have to clip your iPhone 14 Pro with a magnetic back on it . I purchased both of them together so I wouldnât have to keep clipping my phone onto my stabilizer. The magnetic phone mount works really well with the mangnetic back to my iPhone. Note: I have an iPhone case that has the magnetic back so make sure you have a case that works with the magnetic back. The magnetic mount has specific details, so you know exactly how it fits on to the Osmo mobile 6. The magnet is really easy to get off as well. But, your phone doesnât fall off.The quality of the magnet is light but sturdy. A great value for the time it saves mounting my phone to my gimbal.

Wish this was included with the original product
The magnetic attachment is much more user friendly than the clamp style that comes with the original product. Having the magnetic attachment means I’m more willing to use the DJI gimbal more often. The gimbal now sits in my car (not in a drawer at home) where I can grab it and use it easily without having to fool with the clamp (which sometimes got misplaced). DJI should consider offering this with the product.

Works well, but finicky to get aligned
Makes things very convenient to quickly detatch, but you have to be careful about the alignment of the magnet on your phone, or the image will be crooked. Other than that, it’s a great accessory.

Game changer
If you own a recent DJI OM Gimbal (I have tested this on the 4, 5, and 6) and a MagSafe compatible iPhone, this simple accessory is a game changer. Upsides are that it’s even easier to set up than the included mounts, works well with MagSafe friendly cases, the magnetic attachment feels sturdy, and it achieves a super lightweight and low profile look. The main downside involves balance. If you are used to attaching things to your phone (such as the DJI Mic), you may throw it off balance. Why? Because this mount is fixed to the MagSafe position on the iPhone. The original mounts solve for this by letting you move your phone a little to the right or left. So as long as you are using minimal accessories, or very light ones, this works great. Great concept, great execution. Recommended.

This item works as described it’s really magent strong, it’s small and slim and it’s a literal chunk of metal that is easy to use and durable, the only thing is that you would need to align it well with your phone so it has good stability, also I also like that I comes with the extra ring for non magsafe phone.

I cannot have an Osmo Mobile without it
This thing is so clutch. It keeps my phone stable I can shake it and it does not move and I mean shake it vigorously. It mounts to the phone easily and does not require effort. Since it uses MagSafe there are no concerns in the way it fits. It has a notch so that you know you are placing it correctly every time.The only con is you canât mount a light

I found the grip that came with the Osmo 6 interfered with the side button on my iPhone 15 Pro Max and struggled to grip my case. This magsafe item makes it so much easier to connect and has a really strong magnet. I couldnât be happier.
