It works if you work it.
This is an honest review. After searching for something to help me with my nightly cravings I happened to stumble across this during my search. This product is legit. I’m so skeptical about so many products out there and at the age of 70 (although I’m told I look 50) I’ve pretty much tried them all. As everyone knows with age comes the inability to lose weight easily. Face it ladies, there is no “magic pill” out there, even Ozempic or other “weight loss” products that are available, you need to limit intake of carbs & sugar etc or NOTHING will work…not to mention the astronomic price tag. I was so surprised that after only a week my nightly cravings were all but gone. I even sat on my sofa one night realizing that fact….and for this skeptical sally I was surprised. I will stipulate we are all different. What works for me may not work for you, BUT if you find something that works, terrific. This, for me, works. I also incorporate Lemme Burn and have seen my belly fat diminish. No one is more shocked than me. If you’re serious, give this an honest try. Nothing works overnight, if you work this it will work for you. I wish you luck on your journey and sincerely hope this review has help.

Please donât buy, they donât work
I have taken Ozempic, Mounjaro, Trulicity, Rybelsus and Victoza. These pills donât work. Mounjaro then Ozempic work best for curving food craving, yes the side effects arenât best but hey you want to turn off those little voices, itâs going to cost ya lol. Please donât waste your money. I can only imagine that those saying this supplement works is because they are choosing to believe it not because the pill is effective. Save your money, I wish I did. I didnât know that this was a Kardashian brand not that would not that that wouldâve made a difference in me purchasing it, but it is interesting to know that they are behind this brand, and I purely would like to tell them straight to their faces to please try again, given that they themselves have taken the real medicine of those Olympic and Mounjaro and had amazing results.

Headaches with this product
I had been using the lemme burn for 1 month with no side effects. I added the lemme curb and have been taking it for over 1 week. I am experiencing headaches that are not my normal. I take one pill at breakfast and one at lunch as I usually do better when I split dosages (in lieu of taking 2 at one meal) the headaches are weird and create light nausea. Be aware if your body is sensitive. I’m guessing mine is to the chromium. I am going to try to reduce to 1 pill a day at lunch to see if it reduces headaches. I haven’t noticed a difference in cravings yet but I read it can take about 12 weeks to notice. If there are any new developments in my experience I will update my review.

I notice the reduced cravings after day two. I also felt full faster. If I eat more after I feel full, it makes me feel gross.

I was SUPER skeptical of these – 1. because every day i have really intense sugar cravings in the late afternoons 2. I thought there was NO way a supplement could really help me because my habits and cravings have been part of my life for so long 3. celebrity product made me doubtful – I am on day 3 and for 3 days now I have not wanted anything sweet. The first day around 5pm I looked at the clock and thought how have I not wanted anything sweet yet? Cus it is so a part of my life, and then I remembered I had taken the supplement with breakfast, I was amazed. A few days later taking them daily, still feeling the same no sweets cravings – even after a meal. And I can even think about something sweet, and not feel like I need it which is HUGE for me. Excited to continue taking these and absolutely recommend from a serious former sweets/ salty snack addict!!!

DON’T WORK
I bought Lemme Burn and Lemme Curb for more effective results… and NOTHING… absolutely nothing happened! not even an inch or a pound was lost. Sooooo disappointed. This are not cheap capsules and not see any changes, any results… hurts! my pocket and my hopes. Don’t waste your money.
