Been taking this consistently for a month. From the first try I can already tell the difference it made in my brain. It makes me sharper, more focus without any noticeable side affects. Yes, the taste is something different, I add it to my coffee plus collagen powder, once you get used to it, it just taste like really strong coffee.

I am writing this because my Chiropractor did applied kinesiology and my body responded to Shizandra. He sold me an expensive bottle of Medi Herb brand liquid 1:2 . I didnât feel any real affect from it and it lasted a long time. When I ran out I shopped here on Amazon and read reviews from a few brands and decided on this one. I am sure glad I did !!! I immediately got a sense of (very) well being. I feel almost euphoric. I felt so good I took too much and felt my brain detoxing. So now I watch my dosage carefully. It doesnât make sense to me how this affects me so much better than the expensive medi-herb brand but it does and I hope it works for you too. Please keep offering this product.

Nice Effects, Taste is Horrible
Seriously, when I say something tastes bad, it tastes REALLY BAD.Do NOT put this stuff in your coffee, if you like the taste of coffee. I did it and just had to pour it out, it’s disgusting.I then tried to just put a scoop of the powder in my mouth and wash it down with water. So NOT do that either. It has a sort of pungent almost spicy smell that make me sneeze and half the scoop of powder wound up all over my kitchen island, lol.The best way for me is pour about half a cup of cold Almond milk in a glass and vigorously stir the scoop in for a few minutes until you get something that looks like chocolate milk. It’s not that bad, this is the only way I can take it. And I take stuff that tastes bad all of the time without a thought or bother. Also take powders, like 5 grams of L-Citrulline and Glutamine, just toss and wash, no problem. And I put 2 large scoops of Collagen powder in my coffee every morning, doesn’t change the taste of the coffee at all.But I cannot stand the taste of this stuff, it is horrible! The effects, I am not sure of yet, still experimenting, but it seems to have somewhat of a calming and aphrodisiac like effects.

Disappointed
I take Schisandra to help lower blood pressure. Most brands do not work for me, except Solaray, but it can be expensive. I decided to purchase this brand and make my own pills. It has some effect, but it isn’t as strong or long lasting as Solaray. I like this brand, but not their Schisandra. I will finish using it, then go back to Solaray.

This is a great product. I started out mixing it in my coffee, but then I ordered gel caps and filled them myself with schisandra mixed with my other supplements.
