This has been a great product so far. I keep it set on low and itâs the perfect warmth for me, not too hot, because I definitely donât want to be hot when I sleep. The controls and instructions could be much better, more explanatory, but the pad seems to work well.

I absolutely LOVE this and have recommended it to everyone who will listen. I HATE winter with a passion- but I look forward to coming home every night and climbing into my toasty bed! The dual control is awesome- my husband isnât so fond of the heat all the time- but occasionally he likes it for the muscles in his back. The first day we got it- he laid on it and took a 2 hour nap – heâs not taken a nap in years⦠itâs VERY relaxing and worth every penny!!

Unusable mattresspad
Terrible product.Even th lowest setting is much too hot to be comfortable. Iâve had heated mattress pads in the past and liked the comfort. This one is so bad I donât know what to do with it. Donât buy this !!!

WARM IT UP
The pad gets plenty warm. Only I donât know how to disconnect the cords so I can clean the pad. Is there a video showing how to disconnect them? Otherwise, great product
