Great tasting pre-mixed high protein shake!
This is one of the best pre-mixed protein shakes I’ve tasted so far for being gluten and dairy-free. It is a little bit thick if you drink it directly from the carton. I usually pour a Nespresso double shot of espresso over ice and mix in the OWYN shake. I’ve stopped using creamer and adding stevia to my coffee since I started drinking these shakes. Having 32 grams of protein in the morning helps with brain fog and it’s very filling. Great product!

This was awful
This has great macros and I like the fact that itâs plant based protein. It tasted worse than most protein shakes with a chemical aftertaste. The worst part is how thick it is. Itâs like trying to drink a pudding. I have to choke half down and then dilute the rest with water to finish it.
