Wonderful upgrade
These lights are exactly as advertised. Great lights. I had an electrician install them and it took him more time to set up his ladder than to install 5 lights. I wish they were sold separately so I didnât have to purchase an extra.

I’ve put up a lot of can trims and this is a nice product. It’s nice to get something that isn’t made the cheapest way possible. It’s a good, sturdy, well designed with strong parts. I see a couple reviews here where the person had a problem of some kind. It wasn’t because of the product. At least not the ones I recieved. If I were to make any negitive comment at all, it would be to the price. How come Black paint is twice as much as White paint? Don’t tell me it’s a volume thing. White is the combination of all colors. Black is the absents of color. (Or is it the other way around?) Anyway, don’t change anything and please don’t raise the price because I said something nice. Thanks again. You guys are doing it right.

You can change the color from warm to cold
Purchased these lights to be installed outdoor in the soffit around the house.They are modern looking, minimalist. They can be oriented to direct the light where you want. Most importantly you can change the light to shine as a warm color or more cold one. Love this option! We selected the warmest color setting. We had them installed only for few weeks. They look great! I will recommend it and buy it again. In case there will be a durability issue I will post a follow up.

Difficult to aim, easy to install
Nice product, like the variety of lighting color.Easy to put in, but takes some effort to get them into the correct position to aim the light. Haven’t put on dimmer yet, this needs dimmer because they are bright. Dimmer will probably give perfect functionality.

Angled lens purpose is defeated by light reflecting off the interior edge
I returned these because I purchased them for lights that currently face directly down near a sofa and I wanted lighting that I could angle toward the wall and not have bright light in my eyes when I’m on the sofa. Well when you angle the face of the light toward a wall, as you can see from the picture, the light angles up into the interior of the base and shines onto the interior of the base. The interior face of the base is then lit up brightly back in the direction of the light, effectively directing light back toward where you’re trying to aim it away from. So yes, the majority of the light was now aimed at a wall, but there was still brightness directly in my eyes when I was seated near them. Also, the color options weren’t nice and soothing. They were either kind of orange or way too blue. I have a lot of adjustable lighting in my house and the others have a nice warm white option. This one didn’t. Orangey-brown or blue… neither is appealing and both look kind of cheap.Finally, they didn’t sit flat and flush against my ceiling, but my current recessed lights do. So something is off with the flatness of the face.All around not what I was looking for.

I bought this on May last year …. I did love the look and the light was good. But Now those are burnt and didn’t last enough thanks to the customer support service they solve the issue and replaced the burnt ones for a new and functional ones.So happy that I have a beautifully lights again on my ceiling.

Continue to burn out
Bought these for new home build, vaulted ceilings. So far have had 3 of them burn/fade out. LED lights are supposed to last longer than a few months.
