This really works
I was skeptical about this ,but after watching shark tank and seeing so reviews ,I decided it was time for me to try it myself. I started at 230lbs at 59 years of age and male I have used 29 out of the 30 doses so far and I had to go in for spinal surgery this morning at 6 am. They weighed me and I weighed 196 lbs. I almost fell on the floor when she said my weight out loud to me. I didn’t really change much what I eat and still snacked between meals here and there and the weight just seemed to disappear. I really suggest you try it if your serious about losing weight quickly with little to no effort. And it tastes good ,I was expecting horrible taste but was pleased with it’s flavor which helps you want to take it daily.

These gummies stick to your teeth like candy. I took as prescribed 30 minutes before meals. I was also following a low carb diet. No effect whatsoever as far as I could tell except for a strong apple cider taste and being lighter in the wallet.

Iâve been taking these a month and a half. IIntermittent fasting, I also do my best to stick to a Keto diet, I also take Alpilean. Iâve only been back on Alpilean for 4 days cause I already know it works. I only lost 5 lbs the first month. Is that normal. Plz give me tricks I need to lose 50lbs.

The instructions recommend taking 2 gummies up to 3 times daily before meals with a full glass of water. In my opinion, it takes extreme dedication and discipline to stick to these instructions, and apparently I do not have that level of either. I will say this – I truly believe in the benefits of apple cider vinegar, and I feel really good about having it daily – I also think this is easier on my tummy than drinking it. I also believe in the benefits of beets and I eat pickled beets on my salads regularly. And of course, who doesn’t want the energy boost that Vitamin B12 provides.So, having said all that, I believe that if I could be disciplined enough to take the recommended amounts daily, I would notice a larger difference in how I feel and in my weight. I always eat 2 first thing when I wake up and drink the water along with my other daily meds. I believe it does curb my appetite in the morning because I don’t feel hungry really until lunchtime. I may be weird, but I LOVE the flavor of these things and I’m a huge fan of gummy candy so the texture is great with me. I would have never imagined that ACV and sweet gummy would taste good together, but they are strangely addicting.
