Great Docking station.
Small footprint and does what I need.

No functionality
This docking station only has two ports, same as my Mac. The only additional functionality it provides is the ability to store Mac vertically (on its side). For the $200+ I spent I could have purchased a lot of bricks that would do the same thing.++Update – although some people think it is good my experience is not. I have a multiple port docking station to address multiple peripherals. The unit/Mac don’t provide enough power. In addition I need to plug my Cinema Display directly into the computer because the Ascrono won’t drive the display in my configuration. Everything works fine when plugged into my Mac directly. The company wouldn’t provide me with a refund because it was longer than a month (return policy) before I got fed up. I’ll gladly send this to you free if you can figure out a confidential way I can do that.

Decent, if you find a good sale price.
This dock is considerably overpriced–but if you wait for a good sale like I did, it does add some convenience to your desktop.If you look at it from a development and build cost perspective, there’s not much there to justify such a high price. R&D and materials would be minimal, just get the measurements right and implement a simple design. There is no power supply, circuitry or coding to impact the build cost, it’s literally just a passthrough device for USB-C and MagSafe charging.It’s a good device, just don’t pay full price. I’m a poet, and I didn’t know I was one.

A Great Dock!!
Although it is a little pricey, this dock has worked great for me so far! I come to work and plug it in – BAM! I’m in business. Having the ports on one side still available is a great bonus.I do have 3 peripheral USB HUBS to connect all of my gear directly and one daisy chained to another. This is mostly to get 3 separate monitors that can all run their own – no mirroring. A mess of wires on the backside which I’d rather not have (open to product suggestions to achieve this more simply!!)On the front end though, it’s all plug and play by just inserting my MacBook

Warto rozważyć z której strony trzymacie swojego maca. Jeżeli z prawej to będzie to brzydko wyglądało. Sprytnie przemyślana konstrukcja tak że nie da się wsunąć innego maca bo szerokość jest idealnie wyliczona. Ma to swój plus ponieważ montaż jest banalny i nic się nie chwieje. Liczyłem na to że podepnę jeszcze drugiego MBP, którego mam bo korzystam z nich zamiennie. Ale niestety nie. Miałem to na uwadze co prawda ale nadzieja umiera ostatnia.Działa bez zarzutu. Łatwy montaż ładny design ale tylko z jednej strony 🙂

Urun saglam, kaliteli ve agir bir aluminyumdan yapilmis. Masanizda herhangi bir sarsinti dahi olsa hareket etmez. Kurulumu ve kullanimi cok kolay. Ancak 16″ MacBook ile tek el kullanimi cok zor takarsiniz ancak geri cikaramazsiniz cunku MacBook cok agir. Benim aldigim urunde problem vardi geri gondermek zorunda kaldim. MagSafe ve USB-C ayni anda takili oldugunda Monitor sinyali kesiliyordu ve gosterge yanip sonuyordu. MagSafe’i cikardigimda ise sinyal geri geliyordu. Maalesef geri gonderdim ve tekrar benzer sorun ile karsilasacagimi dusunerek ikincisini siparis etmekte terettut ediyorum. Ancak hale iyi bir alternatifini bulamadim! Eger bir indirim uygulanirsa tekrar siparis etmeyi dusunebilirim! 😉Evet urun pahali ancak sadece bir urun aldiginizi dusunmeyin Ascrono gercekten hem satis oncesi hemde satis sonrasi cok iyi bir servis sunuyor. Her turlu problemde cok hizli bir sekilde cozume kavusturmak icin elinden geleni yapiyor. Kisacasi verdiginiz paraya degiyor.
