**** Update****Seller contacted me straight away to ask about my issues. They offered a refund or replacement. While I was disappointed it wasn’t wood it there were too many other things I really like about it. And to be honest the plastic doesn’t look bad.This was one of the bigger sizes for such a good price I was really disappointed when it suddenly stopped working after such a very short period of time and left a review stating as much. I thought welp I’ve been bamboozled again by cheap garbage made to look like it’s quality.The seller initiated contact pretty quickly to get more details. I started thinking this must not be the norm. After reaching out to their manufacturer and hearing my issue out they were confident it wasn’t a manufacturing issue and was likely just a one off defect that slipped through. They were confident in them design and quality of the materials used. So they offered a replacement and gave me the option to return the one that wasn’t working or just throw it away. I appreciated that very much bc honestly the return is just inconvenient.The fact they even did this much, reaching out to hear my issue, researching and investigating, then contacting me with the outcome and a solution made me want to give them another shot. Plus, as I said before the size means it doesn’t need to be refilled nearly as often as my other one. In addition to it being the bigger size and the great communication from the seller so far, I also really liked that you can set it to go off intermittently. Sometimes after a few hours the smell gets pretty intense. So the intermittent setting left the room pleasantly fragrant without being overwhelming. We use it bc we have dogs and we don’t ever want to be that nasty person whose house smells like dog! So very frequent cleaning and disinfecting along with this made me comfortable when unexpected company shows up.I got the replacement and it works perfectly! The remote still needs to be close but the purpose I think isn’t so you can turn it on and off from across a large room (wishful thinking) but so you can choose all of the amazing options like light color, duration amount being diffused etc.All in all I’m very happy with my purchase and I’d recommend the product and doing business with the seller was actually a pleasure. Yes we ran in to a bump with quality. I don’t expect perfection from a seller but I do expect them to provide the service and attention required to resolve an issue with the product they sell and they did exactly that! They went above and beyond! So I don’t just recommend I HIGHLY recommend!PS ~ the light colors are really beautiful at night and give just enough light in the middle of the night to the living room. I like the different colors of lights and the size of the tank for the water and essential oil. My home smells so much nicer. A great product!

Bought a smaller version of this type of diffuser and I liked the ambiance, but it would run out of steam quickly. Bought 2 of this size for a great deal and they not only last 12 hours but are very quiet and can be used for both steam w/essential oils and the lightening or either or. Sometimes I just like to use the lightening. The controller is interesting with the big/small function which just means full steam or lighter/less. The buttons on the front will also control the lighting and steam functions as well.Highly recommend using filtered water as it lessens the sediments leftover after many uses. Easy to clean, and for as inexpensive they both were, I’m not bothered if they don’t last longer than a year or so, but the older smaller one I have, the motor did burnout around a year and half later with daily use. To me, it was user error as I didn’t clean it as I should’ve and just used tap water. Fridge filtered water seems to be just fine, so distilled is a bit extreme.Key to essential oils is finding quality amongst so many options. I’m not into MLM like DoTerra so I’m onto finding a quality essential oil set. Also I’m not into the standard scents such as eucalyptus, tea tree, etc. so that is part of my hunt.The colors, cutout and almost silent motor makes it a quality purchase for me. If anything changes, I’ll update but it’s been a bit so far and I’m pleased.
