A ReclineSure leveling foot and two RideRight bubble level-indicators help achieve and verify proper angle in the vehicle seat. It’s also equipped with premium LATCH connectors and a SuperCinch LATCH Tightener for a secure fit with a fraction of the effort! For alternate installation with the vehicle seat belt, clear belt routing and integrated lock-offs make it easy to position, tighten and lock the belt into place.
The KeyFit Base is designed for use with KeyFit and KeyFit 30 infant car seats (car seats sold separately).

I bought a base and car seat for our daughter, for our new grandson,,, and a second base only for our own car. The car seat is interchangeable with the base, so if you need to move a baby between cars its a simple process as you don’t have to unstrap and re-strap them making babysitting duties safe and easy.The product is really well built and simple to install and moving the car seat in and out of the base is a one hand operation.I’m happy with our purchase and would recommend the KeyFit to others.

Perfect fit!! It’s a click in and easy to install base. Perfect for a second car, caregiver or grandparents! Bought it myself a while back. This time it was a gift. I’d buy it again but would not ship use their shipping box. So it kept arriving damaged.*Returned this item TWICE. It was to be a gift. It arrived in the manufacturers’s box and was damaged. It was shipped back as it arrived. Amazon blamed me for the damaged product upon return. ( see note below) I ended up going to another retailer. Amazon seems to do this quite a bit now. Check your shipping options, accounts, save shipping receipts, and take pictures! Or you may lose your ability to return or trade in despite the damage occurred on their watch!
