best tea i had + 3years usage
i normally drink the Brain Boost varient. this is the best tea i have ever drank. the first time i drank this tea, the amount of energy i had was amazing. i felt like i could do anything. but with any tea, your body gets use to it. after about a year, i would feel tired when i drink it so i would avoid drinking it during the day now. even though, it does not hit the same as the first few weeks, this tea stays in my rotation because thes best thing about it is that it keeps me balanced. it helps me fall asleep a lot better as well. Most of the time, it makes me more social, whether i am communicating with someone who just myself. it defintely is a brain boost. you should not expect this tea to do everything for you. as you drink this tea, you have to get into a hobby or stay productve, otherwise, it is just wasted energy. the taste is nice and leafy, nothing overwhelming. occasionally, i add a bit of honey for sweetness. it also tastes great with your choice of milk.i would recommend this to anyone suffering with focus. this tea touches on a lot of different areas in health. you can count on it to give you that boost you need to tolerate the tasks you manage. 5/5

So much better than generic green tea
I need to get my blood pressure down and read that green tea helps, so I bought a big bag of it that had a lot of positive reviews. It was kind of bitter so drinking it was more like having to take medicine instead of drinking it to enjoy. So I saw this product and have been trying it out. It smells delicious as soon as you open the lid. It’s not bitter like regular green tea and doesn’t seem to have as much caffeine, so I can actually enjoy it at evening. Time will tell if it lowers my BP.Update: According to my BP machine, it has lowed my BP to acceptable levels, (and without drugs). If you have high BP you need to take action and the drugs will bring it down, but try this and all the other recommendations before swallowing all those prescription pills; lower salt intake, try to get time in for walks around the block, etc. Everyone I talked to about the drugs said they don’t like how it makes them feel. I tried a 30 day supply and I agree. I hate the effect.

Quality tea
The flavor profile is distinct. U love opening the container and smelling all the umami!!!! Premium tea, great value. I instantly fell in love and converted a person in the process to drink more tea. This brand comes in different varieties, so far I have bought 4 kinds and I don’t think I’ll buy another brand. No false advertising with ingredients. The canisters are sustainable which is great for the environment.
