I purchased this product 14months ago and the charging base stopped working. When I reached out to the seller, they refused to acknowledge that the product did not have a long lifespan as it should, and their response was for me to purchase a replacement.For the price that they are selling this at, I expect the product to last. I should have stuck with my Phillips Sonicare.For those of you considering to buy this, please don’t, or you will need to replace this within a year.

It takes a little getting used to due to the sonic technology it uses. It is charged using a USB once every six weeks. Your teeth feel exceptionally clean, it removes plaque very well, and also massages your gums. You can feel the difference the first time you use it. it is waterproof and comes with a nice case, so no toothbrushes sitting charging on the counter. Great buy!
