This is easy to take by just adding to some water. There is no taste or after taste that I could discern. The tincture is a decent size with good directions. Green tea extract has many health benefits that Iâve read about and so Iâve been taking a pill form but like this much better as I just add it to my water bottle daily.

This has so much glycerin it sucks the moisture out of your skin if you live anywhere below 76% humidity. Would not recommend for skin application.
