Dealing with constant muscle pain and stress this delivers great results. I love that itâs all natural though , the price is a bit steep for daily use . I have more energy and am able to focus not feeling stressed. Iâd recommend trying if you fit into either category mentioned. I use it as needed to save money.

This is a supplement that I didn’t particularly notice any big changes when I got on it, but I can definitely feel a drop in my mood and focus, and rise in my overall anxiety levels, 3-4 days after I run out.They are large capsules, but taking each supplement individually that these combine is a lot more to swallow, literally and figuratively. I have a large handful of supplements and medicines that I take, and these combo supplements cut down on how many pills are in that handful.I take mine with my morning super-food smoothie so I have something in my stomach. I always encourage taking supplements with food.I recently went on a month long road trip and this was delivered to my house after I left. I ran out the first week and my anxiety levels spiked significantly over the second week and stayed that way until I purchased individual ingredients where I could. Even taking both St John’s wort and ashwaganda, I still felt more unpleasant mood symptoms than I do when on just this. I ordered 2 extra bottles when I got home so I never run out again.

This product is excellent. However, I do wish it had a non-gelatin capsule. Otherwise I highly highly highly recommend.

It’s a bit shady
So the first bottle is the one on the right, the big bottle, the reorder is the one on the left. It’s smaller and the pills are smaller with the same amount of ingredients. My problem is I don’t understand how have the same amounts in both pills but one is smaller? 1000mg is 1000mg. It should be the same size pill and the fact it’s smaller pills nowakes me think they are not putting the same amounts and lying about it. I l probably will find an alternate brand next reorder.As far as the product I do find a difference in my mood when taking these as well as my clarity.

Unfortunately it affects the thyroid so be careful if you have a thyroid disease. Itâs a good itâs a bummer I canât use it.
