Toothbrush stopped working, but vekkia made it right
Update: the company reached out to me and offered a refund and a replacement for my son’s toothbrush. We’re happy to have a functional toothbrush that effectively cleans his teeth. Thank you vekkia for standing behind your product.Original:I have purchased a total of four vekkia electric toothbrushes for my three children. I bought the first three June 2021, and the dragon one stopped working March 2023. I didn’t bother trying to contact the company since it lasted over a year and a half, and I just bought a replacement. They’ve been working great and keeping my childrens’ teeth clean. BUT THEN THAT ONE STOPPED WORKING…My issue now is that my most recent toothbrush purchase stopped working after 10 months. After charging it, you can press the buttons to turn it on, but there are no vibrations even though the lights are on (the same thing happened to the older one too). Super frustrating.(As a side note, the other two from 2021 are still going strong, so 2/4 are a win).

Fantastic product and amazing customer service
Iâve tried MANY toothbrushes for my picky daughter and this is the only one that has stuck. She loves the design, loves the pink color, it fits comfortably in her mouth and the different vibration settings are awesome and make brushing fun. Her teeth visibly looks whiter using this brush than her old manual toothbrush.One other note: we had an issue with our first brush and I emailed customer service and it was resolved in about 15 minutes! Donât hesitate to buy this one. Iâm going to buy another for my son when he gets old enough.

Update: Got in touch with the company and they have shipped a replacement at no cost. They did say they are now working with a new manufacturer as they were having quality issues with the previous one. Happy Mom and kid again!Itâs a cute toothbrush and we liked the timer. Unfortunately weâve had the toothbrush less than a year and it has stopped working. We tried charging it to no avail. Now itâs just an expensive manual brush.

Amazing
I absolutely love this product. We purchased almost a year ago and it still works amazing. It holds charge better than some of the big name brand toothbrushes. We use everyday and I can say we have charged maybe three times since purchased February of 2024. If you need a toothbrush for your kiddo look no further. Also loved that replacement brush heads are affordable.

My son loves this toothbrush. Great colour, easy to use. Small enough fit and the vibrating head does a great clean overall. The only thing I don’t like is that it only has a USB cord to charge it. I would have preferred a regular plug but I guess I’ll use any old cell phone plug.

I bought this making an investment for a year as it has 4 heads but it stopped working in a month itself as it cant charge anymore. Looks like not waterproof enough!Now i have to attempt to get it repaired or worse throw it !

I like this toothbrush as itâs sturdy and has only 3 settings. Bought for my 5yr old who has been using electric toothbrushes since she was 2. She didnât really like the oral b round headed toothbrush so last year this time I got her another pulsing toothbrush from a different brand. Although she was comfortable with using it, it would make a funny noise whilst brushing and seemed flimsy and had 5 settings which would distract her and sheâd mess about with them. In comparison, I would highly recommend this toothbrush for young children as it has an attractive design, 3 simple settings and as I mentioned earlier it is well made, robust and looks like it costs more than it does. The little one has enjoyed using this toothbrush so far and weâre very pleased with it.

El cepillo es muy lindo y lo que me llevó a comprarlo es que el proveedor me habÃa enviado dÃas antes el link para la compra de los cabezales de repuesto, lo raro fue que cuando compré el cepillo casualmente ya no existÃa ese link ni los repuestos, lo que me parece un engaño. En sÃ, el cepillo funciona muy bien, encantador y se ve de buena calidad, lo único malo es lo que comento de los cabezales de repuesto, no existen aparte de los que trae el paquete.
