Great for getting extra protein and calories
This protein powder was recommended to me by my nutritionist as a supplement to my diet post chemo and transplant. I was looking for a healthy, dairy free option and this fit the bill (gluten free, non-GMO, and organic also a plus). I am impressed with the flavor, and do not find it to be chalky or grainy at all. I mix it with an almond cashew blend milk, banana, and a little ice for a more frozen smoothie texture. I plan to also add maca and cacao powder when they arrive, and recommend this to anyone trying to up their protein intake, as well as for those who struggle to get calories in. I find drinking my calories to be much easier, and this has been an immense help in doing so.

Nice vanilla flavor, very palatable
Yes the texture is a bit gritty, but considering the source of the protein it’s not bad, and not at all a deal killer on using this for me. It’s a functional nutrient item, not a ”fun” food. The flavor is pleasant and genuinely vanilla-ish. The best way to use it and not notice the grit so much would be to make your smoothie/ beverage icy.

Love Garder of Life Protein Powder. I’ve order many flavors over many years and I keep coming back. Just doesn’t get easier, tastier, and better protein levels then this. Get creative, toss in oatmeal, frozen banana, yogurt, coconut milk, chia seeds, frozen fruit. The best part is you Don’t have to toss in Anything but water and shakey shakey. I just use a wire ball and it mixes so easy. I usually order 4 flavors at the same time and keep my flavor choices available. Love this Garden of Life Protein Powder.

Itâs Delicious in its Extremely Oversized Wasted Plastic Container
If you are used to eating sugary foods and nothing organic, you will not like this powder. For me itâs delicious. Maybe try a protein shake thatâs not so raw. I do however, find it ridiculous to put half powder in an oversized container. I donât know, maybe make the container fit the actual contents? Might lessen the blow on the price for what you get with out all that wasted plastic. The container could literally be half the size for the contents.

Great taste…but disappointed the container was only 3/4 full
I am a daily smoothie devotee. This powder tastes great and doesn’t alter the flavor of the smoothie. The protein provides a much needed boost. I am only giving 3 stars because 1/4 of the container was empty. The package had not been tampered with in anyway. It’s just only 3/4 full. Why not fill it up all the way? Or, put in a smaller container so as to not give the illusion that it’s not full?

Container only was half full…Kinda of a disappointment after spending quite a bit on money. I love what is in the product but wished it would shake up better. It is quite clumpy and not the best tasting. I have used with almond milk and added fruit….Much better 🙂
