Holds firm!
Very strong suction cup and works great with my gopro hero session! Its overall pretty adjustable to get the right angles, I only wish the ball mount could pivot a full 180 degrees for even more flexibility. I’ve only really tried it on a truck driving on a somewhat bumpy road going no more than 35 mph and it did have significant vibrations, but I’m not sure if it was from the mount or just the truck. Overall super happy with it and will definitely work for me until i can get my hands on a sturdier one once I get more experienced!

Does a Decent Job
Works fairly well. I find myself occasionally having to retighten things. My one complaint is that if the mount and/or windshield are cold it’s almost impossible to get it to stay stuck (but once everything is warm enough it generally holds for days/weeks until you want to remove it).

The best thing about this item is, it sucked.
You put your heart on the line when you place something that usually is over $100 on the end of a suction cup on the outside of your scooter. Traveling at speeds over 10 mph, rounding corners at a blistering 3mph (no drifting here), trust is required in a product that will hold your last few months social security securely as not to embarrass me in front of my retirement home crowd. I have a rep to protect.I feel so comfortable in this product that if I ever needed to mount my dentures to something, I would only need to create a tripod mount for them first.Thank you for making me the envy of the floor at the home, which landed me a date with Eunice, and has my tick-tock home page is blowing up the yos!

Lots of + ratings,…. BUT Pay Attention to THE NEGATIVE Ones. ! ZERO STARS ! the Description says ” HEAVY DUTY”.. Not even close. !!!! The description photos show a 15lb dumbell hanging from it. !! WTF This thing won’t even hold 15 grams… It’s cheaply made, 95%+ plastic and threads easily striped if not careful. Must Return.. Buy the PANAVISE ! They are solid steel and Hold like Hell, worth the $27 vs this $10… POS…

Cheap but get the job done
Iâve bought three of these mounts over the years, and theyâve been pretty solid overall. The suction is amazingâit sticks like glue to any smooth surface and doesnât let go, even on bumpy rides or rough conditions.The only downside is the ball head. After a while, it starts to wear out and canât hold the weight of my GoPros anymore, which is a bit frustrating. Itâs the one part of the mount that doesnât seem to hold up as well over time.That said, I keep buying them because the suction is just that good. If they could improve the durability of the ball head, this would be a perfect product. For the price, itâs still a great option if you donât mind replacing it down the road.

Works well for what I needed
I wanted a way to mount weird mics to public transit windows for field recording and this did the trick. I don’t know how it would work for action cameras or on the outside of cars but on the inside windows of trains and busses it is doing the trick.

Wooooow! This thing is almost too powerful to regularly remove and relocate. I don’t need to relocate it… But it’s too hard for me personally to undo… Mind yourself, I have natural nails with gel and girls you know the nail won’t break… It’ll rip off the bed first if we get caught well enough.That being said, this is amazing! I have full confidence that it won’t fall at all. I use it to mount my light for doing online personal training, but I played with the phone adapter too. I had to take off my very thin case for this to hold, so that’s a bit of a trouble… However, the hold is secure and is a quick release in its own right. I appreciate that and it has really good thick foam pads to prevent scratching of your phone.I think you should be mindful of what you expect the suction cup to fit to… It’s the size of a cup coaster, so if your glass has too much degree of curvature, than physics won’t keep the hold. Otherwise, I can’t imagine why you’d ever have trouble with this.Solid buy, imo!

Excellent product, works very well. Only complaint is the curved extension arm would be better if mounted a little lower on the base and if the arm was just 1/4″ longer the whole thing would pickup even smaller taking up less room in my GoPro case. That said I would still buy again.

One of my rare misses buying a lower cost alternative item on Amazon. It’s JUNK. Save your money and buy a real suction cup mount, like the Delkin Fat Gecko or mini Fat Gecko. This thing will not stick to any surface for longer than 2 or 3 minutes. It doesn’t matter what weight you put on it. Even without any camera load, it falls off. There doesn’t seem to be a way to give a lower rating than 1 Star? This doesn’t deserve 1 Star but it was the only way I could affix a rating.

I used this unit to secure a camera (go pro style) to the side mirror of the convertible camero we drove while on holiday in Maui. It worked great. It also has a good release mechanism fyi. It can be set up to hold position any way you need and did not fall off or even come close to coming off the car. This thing works great.
