Still somewhat awake from ingredients?
I was unsure how I would feel about this, given it is a little contradictory and its ingredients. On one hand, it has melatonin and other things to help you sleep, but on the other hand, it includes naturally arousing ingredients like the green tea extract.I really only took this for three nights in a row, but each night I felt the same. I get a little bit loopy with the melatonin, but even once I fell asleep, I noticed that my sleep was very light. So this really isnât the right product for me. It probably does do a decent job of burning some fat while you Sleep, but Iâm such a light sleeper as it is that I canât really do this.

I have been taking 1 gummy a night only and within 30 mins I get a sense of relaxation which helps put me to sleep. A “Sleep Support” Gummy Containing Coffee? No Thanks
I thought I’d give these gummies a chance despite the total lack of information about ingredients or supplement facts in the listing (C’mon, Pure AF, Do Better). Check my photo for that nutrition facts and ingredients info. First off, why would you put Green Coffee Bean, which contains caffeine, albeit less than regular coffee, into a supposed sleep support item? These are very pricey gummies for what they claim to contain, which, as I said, you can see from my photo since the seller did not make that information available to customers before buying. Notice that besides the coffee, it also claims to contain significant amounts of melatonin, B6, and D3: 50mcg D3, 4mg B6, and 4mg melatonin – so you need to be mindful of exceeding your desired dose of those if you add these gummies to your supplement routine. Lastly, the label says it was manufactured in the USA, for a Canadian company (PureAF Nutra, which was created in January 2024), with, “globally sourced ingredients,” but elsewhere on the label says, “Formulated in the USA.” Basically I don’t really understand where this comes from, or where it was manufactured. Checking the pureafnutra web site, it appears this is their only product, and they do not provide any information about third party testing results – just a Third Party Tested icon on the product label. My late September 2024 order was quite fresh, marked as expiring May 2026.In the end, I recommend you check Amazon to find another product to use instead; one with more complete product information, and that does not have you taking coffee 30 minutes before bed.

I find these stimulating and relaxing
I tried these before bed for a few nights and I couldnât fall asleep. Maybe my body is reacting to one of the ingredients. I guess I could try them in the afternoon when I need a boost. Not a night time product for me.

I couldn’t keep taking these because I did not like the taste. My Wife tried and did not like it either. I didn’t have any negative effects in the short time I tried these. I didn’t lose weight either
