    Excelent Cameras…
Over the last 10 years or so I have purchased around 30 Reolink cameras and four NVRs. I have been very happy with this companies products. Very clear day and night video and pictures. A few times I have shared the videos and photos with law enforcement after some of my neighbors experienced burglaries. The officers have commented on a couple occasions about the clarity of the videos. I have purchased bullet, dome and PTZ cameras. The only ones I thought could have been better were the RLC-423 PTZ cameras. The work, but I think they could have been better. The PTZ RLC-823A 16x is pretty awesome. It can really zoom in quickly and focus. I can also use the two-way audio to reprimand my dog when they are digging holes in the backyard. I have found the camera’s handy to watch my dogs play also. The NVRs I have are the RLN8-410 8 camera system. I’ve never had any trouble with them at all. They came with a 2TB drive but I replaced mine with a 6TB. I tried putting a 12TB in (didn’t work) before reading that it supported up to 6TB only however you can hook another 6TB externally for a total of 12TB. The 6TB provides me with a little over 3 weeks of recording with 8 cameras most of which are 8MegaPixels.The software has been good also. My only complaint is that they don’t have a client for Linux. I like the client on, IOS, MAC and Windows. It works very well and you can do almost anything on the software that you can do on the NVR itself.I would highly recommend this companies products and I know I’ll be ordering more.

    Great cameras and software!!!!
Great cameras and software!!!! Easy to pull up past footage and look at it, great picture, Just had them a few days and somebody tried to break in my house thru the front door but it was locked, one of them had a gun, and the policeman was oh so happy to download the footage to his iPhone, and a 2 arrests were made that night!!! It was dark at the time but the porch lite was on so their faces were in color and easily recognizable to the police, another camera which recorded in Infared show them with a gun in black and white which is adjustable!!!

    Great camera!!
Overall, I love these cameras. I would give them 4.5 stars but it only takes whole numbers. The picture on these cameras is awesome, the only thing that I would change is raise the resolution. I had an incident where a person was running very fast (being chased by police. ) and they looked like a blur. The face was barely recognizable. Still great cameras!

Great option for a budget system
Have installed numerous Reolink systems and have had nothing but good luck with them. These cameras were an add on, and connected flawlessly.I hate the fact that they decided to make it proprietary and not ONVIF compatible, but for a small budget system, who cares.Obviously I will buy again as the need arises.Highly recommend!

Good camera for use with Zoneminder
Solid camera, it has plenty of light from the night LEDs that have a photocell that controls them to light up the scene I posted. Picture quality is very good, true 4k with high frame rates if you want to do that. It’s possible to turn off the IR leds from the camera. Works with the latest firmware from Reolink however you must go into advanced network settings in the camera and turn on the port access that you are using. Audio is also available from a phone jack on the camera and the cam will work on non-poe port with 12v power. Does not require excessive PoE power. One thing I really liked a lot is that while the camera body is plastic the mounting plate the camera goes on is cast aluminum. Did not try messing with the motion detection and pet exclusion settings in the latest firmware.

    Dependable product,Awsome Customer service
Bought this pair of cameras to match my current NVR System.same exact cameras I’ve been very happy with Reolink it was recommended by a friend of mine. the 2 gig Nvr system has not let me down I’ve tried the rest and Reolink is my brand so now I will have a 6 camera setup vs 4 it comes with short cameras Poe Ethernet cables didn’t understand then to find out they are to test the cameras to make sure they work like a dumb dumb I was harsh but know I understand what was the cables so short for. So please get cables unless specified they come with them. Did not realize it so will have to order 2 x 50 ft I own various brands at home so I am not a fanboy but I own ring items and others everyone else wants to charge for clouds and etc but Reolink is My go to device next I will purchase the doorbell camera to add to my system thank again.

    Less secure
I recently purchased several Reolink cameras; 2 of these, 2 8mp bullets and 212mp bullets. My biggest gripe with these is the lack of “security” to them. You mount them to the wall via a removable plate that has 4 screw holes. Then, you put the dome on the plate and twist it. After that, you can position the camera how you see fit. The issue, none of it is really tight. It’s very easy to shift around and remarkably easy to remove from the plate. The bullets at least are a bit more secure. For the bullets, the cable feeds through the mount. So you’d have to unscrew the mount from the wall to remove the camera without cutting the cable. But, the domes don’t. Quick twist and the camera comes away from the mount and the cable is free. Leaving the mount behind for a quick (like 10 seconds) and your camera walked away. I suppose that’s fine if you mount it well out of reach. But what if you can’t? Overall, based on my needs, I’m disappointed. I’m happy”ish” with my bullet cameras though.Other than that, the system does seem to have some ghosting, but I’m. It entirely sure if that’s just how POE systems work. All in all, I wish I’d just bought all bullets.Other minor thoughts:No 2 way audio. No spotlight feature (seems reserved to 12mp cameras)iR lights work fine (just don’t have any lights near them)
