I used to order Trilogy Seeds but when I discovered these 5 seed delights, I switched. The pumpkin and sunflower seeds really boost the nutritional value but even more add a wonderful flavor. Taste good however, shipping cost were out of this world insane I have a prime account it didnât matter. I believe the shipping was $35 plus the cost of the seeds.
