I been using this exact product and flavor for years. This last batch I received smells and tastes spoiled – not expired. Tried to return but amazon won’t let me (non-refundable). Definitely not buying this from Amazon again.

Best in a smoothie!
This is a very good quality protein powder. I had a protein smoothie at mylocal gym with the peanut butter version of this and it was amazing! I likedthe fact that it had no additives or sugars and no artificial sugar either. I decidedto buy the vanilla flavor since I would use it more often in oatmeal, maybe coffee(which i tried-not a fan!) and of course smoothies. In the oatmeal for some reason thispowder tasted like it had fake sugar in it. I find it works and tastes best in a smoothie!!If you use it in a smoothie, helpful tip when blending other ingredients, put the proteinpowder in last after you’ve blended the other ingredients so that it doesn’t froth up.

Not as good as I hoped
I really thought this was going to be a great protein powder. I was looking for plain quinoa protein since quinoa is a complete vegan protein, but it doesnât exist. But this seemed like a second best choice. It has all the powerful grains and pseudo grains as well. BUT every time I eat it (in a simple smoothie) it gives me an acid stomach. I only get stomach acid once every two years or so. If anything, my stomach is too alkaline and doesnât make enough acid. So anything that can give me an acid stomach is pretty significant. Not sure why this does, but I will be going back to Orgain powder, which is actually pretty good.

Great tasting and nutritious
My teenage son has several food allergies. From 7 grade to his freshman year he missed about 50 days of school each year. He has been working with a nutritionist, avoiding foods he’s allergic to, and trying to stick to a healthy diet. A high protein smoothie is his go-to snack.
