The pull tabs are everything!
These valves are much better made than the original spectra ones. They seem much more heavy duty. I was getting less output so figured I would try using my valves. So glad I did, made a huge difference. The pull tabs are so helpful. It eliminates fighting against the slippery film breast milk leaves behind. And letâs be honest, the pink color is a nice touch. Itâs the small things in life! These will last me a long time since Iâm not pumping very often these days but I will repurchase these again my next time around!

Better than the valves that came with my pump!
I saw these recommended on a lactation consultant’s social media account, so when I needed to replace the ones that came with my pump, I ordered these. THEY ARE AWESOME!1. It’s 1 silicone piece instead of a plastic duckbill and the flap, which makes keeping it all together easier.2. These help create the suction to completely empty your breast when pumping. I am exclusively pumping, so I need to make sure that I am getting completely emptied, and these help make that happen!3. Comes in a pack of 6, so you have plenty for a while.

I want to be very specific with my current set up so anyone else in the same boat has a good idea of what works.I have a Medela symphony pump and am using maymom pump flanges. I WAS using the two part valves (yellow with the little white flap) on them but read a post that these legendary milk duck Bill valves for do I thought I’d give them a try.The suction is SO MUCH MORE EFFICIENT. I don’t have to have the pump cranked as high, I’m producing more more easily (not having to massage and squeeze and manhandle myself the entire pump), and because I’m pumping for less time more efficiently, my nipples are happier too.These are absolutely worth trying if your supply has dropped and you aren’t sure why. And I was regularly replacing my other parts too! These just work better! Not too mention they easier to clean too

USED ITEM RECEIVED
Received a USED box of these that had mold and trash inside the box and only 3 of the 6 expected. Absolutely disgusted, this was CLEARLY used and unacceptable especially for a product that isnât eligible for return or replacement.

The best duckbills for spectra/medela parts
These are by far the best duckbills valves for specter and medela pump parts. They have great suction yet easy to remove for cleaning, last a while, and are easy to clean. A great value for your money, and much better than the original spectra valves or medela membranes. I exclusively pumped for 9 months and recommend these to all of my friends!

Helps me pump more milk!
My milk supply went up slowly from 3.5 to about 5 oz per pumping session while using these. I didnât realize these were helping in particular until I ordered a new set of spectra bottles (mine were wearing out) & decided to try the spectra duckbill valves. I only pumped 3.5 oz with the spectra valves & I switched to these for my next pumping session 3 hours later and I pumped 4.5 oz then. I really believe these have helped! They are slightly thicker than the spectra ones & much easier to remove for cleaning with the little pull tabs. Iâm definitely sticking with these!
