Cute, smells great and good value!
Lovely product! Came in super-adorable packaging with oil in the diffuser AND an extra refill. Scent is lovely: fresh and not overpowering. The diffuser part (cactus) took a few days to fully become soaked in the liquid (you could actually see a line rising over a few days). Small (which I like) and WAY cuter than reeds!

Best thing ever
This is literally heaven in a diffuser. I have it on my desk at work and once it fully absorbed into the clay ðµ, it put off the most amazing smell. Not too strong and pungent but very light and sweet/flowery. And above all else, itâs cute as hell! Love it and will probably be getting more soon!

Adorable and nice light scent!
This product is adorable!!! I love the cuteness of it!! The light scent is also nice!! I originally bought it for my desk at work but figured not everyone would like the scent so I brought it home instead. It is now sitting on my toilet tank in the bathroom and it is absolutely the perfect spot for it! It provides a constant scent to the bathroom that is way better than spray or other scent sources! Plus no one knows where it is coming from! Just a cute little unassuming cactus makin my bathroom a better place! I think this would make a good gift as well! I secretly want to buy the other two styles to have a cute lil matching cactus farm:)Now for the dislikes…First of all obviously this product comes from China so I shouldnât of been so thrown off by lack of English directions. I didnât really need directions though. It is self explanatory and comes with like three parts! However the cork was hard to get out and I wish the cactus had a way of securing onto the base. Also it did not come with a extra scent…no biggie. The other only thing I would change is instructions on how to start over once the oil/scent is gone the process for continuing to use the defuser and cleaning instructions too. I have tons of essential oils so Iâll figure it all out but a how-to guide would be helpful. Also the price…China câmon this thing should be cheaper.Overall I would recommend this product to anyone!

My FAVORITE scent ever!
I’ve honestly never found another diffuser that I like the scent of better than this one. It smells amazing! The first one I bought while I was in Korea and that one came with a refill. This one didn’t, which was a bit disappointing since some of the pictures show the refill. Regardless, I love this scent so much, and one full jar lasted me 2 WHOLE YEARS so I’m not too worried about spending too much money on it lol. I’m still finishing up my first purchase. I just bought a new one as a backup in case it gets discontinued lol. Definitely recommend!

A Truly Disappointing Product
I bought this cactus for my wife’s birthday, and when it came, she utterly loved it: it looks adorable, it’s small enough to not be intrusive, and the scent is just right. Alas, it was also broken out of the box: one of the ‘arms’ had snapped off in delivery. As there is a no-return policy, we decided to glue the arm back on, and move on with life. Alas, less than a week later we noticed that the scent was dissipating, so opened it up to take a look, just to find that the wick had also fallen off. IF the company offered the ability to replace a broken cactus, this wouldn’t be an issue; similarly, if Amazon offered any protection against clearly flawed products, this would be a disappointment, but not a lasting one. Alas, none of this is the case, and we are now left with a broken diffuser that we would need to spend $30 to entirely replace (and most likely end up with a second broken diffuser). Until the company starts offering returns (or new cacti!), just avoid.

Adorable smells great but was broken
So wanting this to be a great addition to my office. Itâs adorable the scent is nice but not worth the $32 since it arrived broken. Not returnable either so Iâm stuck with a broken cactus. Gonna try and super glue it as my only option now. Iâm so sad

Cactus is a little wobbly
very cute! not like other essential oil diffusers because it doesnât plug in it just soaks up the scent and diffuses all throughout cactus. with that in mind the cactus doesnât really stay in place itâs not all over the place but itâs a bit wobbly. works really well made a bad smelling room smell like cactus
