I use flaxseed every day in smoothies. Besides the healthy nutrition of flaxseed, it adds a nice nutty flavor and thicker texture to my smoothie blend.Reordered many times now.

I like the taste of the golden better. Provides more fiber and keep the g.i. system regular. Helps avoid constipation but does not cause loose stools.I I prefer a couple of tablespoons of the flax on my breakfast cereal. Coffee grinder if you prefer ground.

I use a seed grinder and grind a cup at a time, then put in jar and refrigerate. I keepunground package in fridge too. Use on my cereal daily. Very fresh product. Love that healthful things can be added to my diet easily! They look like sesame seeds, same size too.

I used these flax seeds to make flaxseed gel for my hair. For some reason, I always have a better experience using golden flax seeds instead of the darker ones. I can use these twice before throwing them away. The price is good for the amount you get.
