These dog toys are a hit with my pup! They’re durable and withstand even the toughest chewers, while still being soft enough for safe play. Well made, cute, but not great for “shredders”
My reasons for loving this toy: first off, my purchase of the Elephant arrived a day early; secondly, the toy is adorable and very well made. There are 3 “squeakers” in the body. One is a round ball located in the stomach, and two smaller “discs” in each of the feet (at least that is where I presumed them to be) which trigger “PLAY time!” There is also “crackle” in the ears. I felt a little remorse handing over this cutie, but that was the point of purchase; I hoped it would last a while. Our 1yr old GoldLab mix has been known to chew apart a three ring toy that was very hard rubber as well as removing the “hair” of tennis balls, popping and chewing the ball into bits. His toy ropes end up as shreds throughout the house. That said, I wasn’t sure this toy would stand up, but I had hope. Enter the elephant…..adorable! And doomed…he snatched it and happily trotted off to his bed. Within 5min, he had pulled off the tail, and within 10min he had ripped off a foot to reveal one squeaker (seams gave way). By a few hours later, “El” had been thoroughly de-feeted and unarmed, and I recovered the squeakers for my own piece of mind. Now, you might think this a sad/bad review, but it isn’t. I have learned that there is a difference in being a rugged “chewer” and being a neurotic “shredder”. I have no regrets with the purchase nor that it had no chance with our pup; without the squeakers and stuffing, our pup still carries his buddy happily around the house. He likes the crinkle in the ears and hasn’t torn those open (which surprises me). It’s his new friend. I do believe this toy to be a very good investment esp for most “normal” pups…the fabric itself has held up well, good size, cute buddy, and happy fun for a pet. I like it too….in fact, there was a hesitation as to if I wanted to keep it myself. lol PS-I have not contacted the company as I cannot fault the product; some pups are just master shredders. ;D (Photos show Rio’s destructive prowess.)

Our Rat terriers absolutely LOVE these toys, and it takes them a long time to chew them up. Usually, a new toy lasts about 10 minutes, if that. The two Chew Guard toys have lasted years so far. Jack is 6 years old and still has the Gorilla one altho he did manage to get the squeaker out of it. He still loves it. The Triceratops is still going strong and we have had it 2 years. The squeaker is still in it! But he might get another one for Christmas this year.

She really likes it
She is our baby, we bought her when she was 4 months old, a mix of Chihuahua, Dachshund and Boston Terrier mix. She is great, playful, loving, spoiled, lol. And she Loves toys. She has destroyed almost all of them, she plays rough with her toys, but not us.She loves to play tug of war, chase after whatever we throw and tries to catch birds (never gets one) and runs after the squirrels that run across the electric lines. I think they enjoy it as much as she does.Anyhow, the toys are great, we bought the type that we can’t hear the noise of them, but she can. A dragon and a Triceratops; she is okay with it, but the Dragon, that is her favorite. She is happy with them both, so we are happy.I still miss (and cry) when I think of Obbie (O’Brien) my sheltie we lost over 15 years ago, he wqs 14 when we had to put him down, he was in pain). And Ash, our Whimmy (cant spell the real name of breed, nick name is Grey Ghost). He was there to help me when I was sick and had trouble in walking and picking things up for me. He would walk beside me and when I was shaky he would stop and put his head under my hand to help me with balance. Still miss him. Lost him 8 years ago, health issues he was 11 years old. Had to put him down also, in too much pain and having seizures.We have had over 15 dogs during our 40 years of marriage, we love our dogs, they are family. We still miss them, but mourn special ones.

Pas de bonne qualité et vraiment trop petit comme jouet!

This product our all of our dogs love. They love that it squeaks and the parts that have the crinkle paper in it. They say to spot wash. I tested it in the washer and dryer and that works fine! Although longevity may be an issue. They have chewed played tug or war with it and destroyed part of it. Avoid the washer and dryer if it is un-stitched and partly de-stuffed by your dogs!
