Great toothbrush
I love these toothbrushes. Makes my mouth feel like I left the dentist every time. I havent been able to get a 100% on the “how well did you brush your teeth” scale yet. (It displays how well you did on the led screen) SO that makes me want to brush my teeth all the time to get a better score. Very nice product and engages tooth brushing.

Feels like a good cleaning
I’ve had several different types of electric toothbrushes over the years. I like going back to the shape of a conventional toothbrush. The feature of not being able to apply too much pressure is a nice feature. The timer telling you to switch quadrants is similar to the rest. At the end you get a rating how you did. There’s no explanation for what you need to do to get 100%. I typically get 50% or 75% after doing the entire 2 minutes and can’t figure out why. Better explanations are needed. The battery life seems very good.

My old toothbrush was an original Burst electric toothbrush and I really liked it. I was sad when it began to not hold a charge after about 6 years. Then I got this new one and I LOVE it! It’s strong, thorough and hold a charge for a long time. Worth it!

Burst Customer Service is useless!!
I just received my Pro a few days ago and opened the box yesterday. I was having trouble opening in the charging port and did not want to scratch it or break it since it was not opening with any ease. Searched to contact company to confirm a safe process to open the rubber flap and only found an option to text them, so I did. This is the response you’ll get:”Your BURST questions answered!Hello,Thanks for reaching out!We are experiencing high volumes at this time and appreciate your patience. Please expect to hear from us within 7-9 business days. While we work to get back to you, here are a few articles that might be helpful: (and the articles aren’t helpful). So tough cookies if you have a broken toothbrush or any other issue. Not exceptable!!! As far as the actual toothbrush I’ve only used it once, too soon to know how this will work out. Cross your fingers because I do think you’ll be stuck after 30 days!!
