Excellent Product!
This pancake mix is great.I really like that it is gluten free and that it is made with healthy ingredients.I like that it is easy to make.This mix tends to be thin so my first batch of pancakes came out small and thin but delicious.I like the pancakes a little thicker, so I will adjust the liquid next time.I really like the texture and pumpkin flavor of the pancakes. They taste delicious.I am pleased with this pancake mix.

Best pancakes gluten free or not
Iâm gluten free dairy free so these are perfect for my restrictions. However the little ones and my boyfriend canât get enough thatâs how good they are I do wish it was more in the package for $9 but taste and texture is on point. Period pillowy consistency top tier quality. And itâs sweetened with coconut sugar thatâs always a plus

Good and didn’t spike my bloodsugar
I am a type 2 diabetic and was looking for a new pancake mix to replace a company that stepped out of the carb conscious market. These had a good cook as they didn’t feel fragile. They tasted pretty good, my wife liked them and my toddler said they tasted good. We went ahead and bought a large amount of them and look forward to pancakes on the weekends.

I absolutely love this mix! Iâve never made pancakes but I regularly make waffles with a mini waffle maker (4â waffles). You absolutely get 20 – 4â waffles from this box and this batter is pretty forgiving. Iâve had problems with equipment that has totally altered the batter and still got perfectly edible waffles. So if you feel the need to thin out the batter, you can definitely do that and still have success. Iâve added cacao nibs, collagen powder, protein powder, banana powder (ground up freeze dried bananas) at various times and again, not had any issues with my waffles turning out. Iâm definitely going to try other fruits or go savory! Also, they make your house smell so good while making them!Lastly, I think the texture is perfect. But I mix it up in a small blender, not by hand. My waffles are always fluffy and delicious. The best part about the Original mix is itâs a blank canvas for your culinary taste!

I have a gluten and corn sensitivity and finding a pancake mix that actually tastes good has been so hard. This is the best one Iâve tried so far. Itâs best to cook the pancakes really small so they cook all the way through.Please never stop making gluten AND corn free food options!! Thank you Simple Mills
