Satisfied with my purchase
Mac came in brand new condition. No scratches, no dings, no visible damages on the screen. It had debris on it but it was minor. Looks completely brand new.Everything works smoothly. Touch Bar works perfectly, it responds well and Iâve had no issues with it so far. Battery life is pretty good â it lasts for about 2-3hrs but more if you put it on low power mode. It is very easy to use and very easy to set up. Paid $400 dollars for excellent condition and it was worth it.Consider getting it if you donât want to spend thousands of dollars on a brand new Macbook, this is definitely a good deal.

Let me first say that the MacBook Pro 2019 came in pretty good condition, except for a couple of unnoticeable scratches on the side. Jumped right in, plugged up got started with the setup â¦everything went smoothly. Beautiful bright clear screen as expected. The next day I hopped on but the laptop did not turn on.. thought that was a little strange. Anyhow, I plugged it up and back in I went. I checked the battery life and it displayed 40% but still didnât understand why I couldnât use without the charger. I took another look and read the additional information âBattery not charged service requiredâ. You got to be kidding me. I immediately called Amazon spoke to customer service (very helpful) and they were not able to get a replacement because the sale price had changed. I was referred over to Apple support who confirmed âNo warrantyâ. They were able to take a closer look at the laptop and found that the MacBook battery was considered dead. I had the option to purchase a new battery for at least $249 which I kindly declined. Apple support was great and assisted me in removing all of my information from the Laptop as I have opt to return this device! Yes, I know it was a refurbished item. However, I refuse for the purchaser to receive profit for an item that came without a decent battery. Unfortunately for me I canât trust to repurchase or take a chance on this seller. I will just have to wait and pay a little more for the peace of mind. Very disappointed.

Purchased “excellent” condition
First time purchasing a refurbished laptop. Didn’t have extremely high expectations considering some recent reviews from the refurbished marketplace BUT I was surprised. I purchased the macbook pro in excellent condition and it came secured in bubble wrap, Amazon could have done a better job with packaging but laptop came with no noticeable damage and is in overall good shape: it does have some cosmetic damage, dents around sides, some keyboard keys used heavily and not replaced (letters wearing off), and it needed a good clean, very dusty and screen was smudged (this is just being nitpicky). Battery life seems good, laptop doesn’t get hot, screen size is a little small but I did order the smaller 13″ screen but I’m not complaining, weight is a bit heavier than it looks but it seems like an overall quality build. Overall for the price paid in comparison to a new macbook, I’m pleased with it. Seems to be a well taken care of computer and seller was true to word on the majority of the condition, only complaint would be cosmetics versus functionality but again, it is a used laptop so I’ll take my wins here. Speakers work great, screen looks phenomenal. Very fast, no lag, came with latest Apple update.

Es la primera vez que compro un producto Renewed y la verdad quede encantado. Ya tenÃa una Mac, sin embargo se me cayo y rompà la pantalla. Compre esta pensando en que la podrÃa usar como refacción, pero llego super bien. Llego con accesorios genéricos, pero se sienten de buena calidad. La condición de la baterÃa me indica normal.

Fue una excelente compra, puedo decir que la Mac llegó a un 98% de estética, solo tiene un ligero rayón en un costado pero es mÃnimo. La baterÃa viene al 98%, la pantalla es totalmente nÃtida y sin ningún rasguño, el teclado perfecto, trae una mica que cubre tanto la pantalla como parte del touchpad. Una compra que vale totalmente la pena.

En la descripción de este producto se menciona que es reacondicionado de calidad “excelente” por lo que presentara detalles perceptibles a 30 centÃmetros o mas sin embargo el articulo presenta un desgaste excesivo en el teclado en las letras “A” donde lo intentaron encubrir el desgaste con una pegatina y en la “p” donde esta tecla se encuentra floja siendo estas dos ultimas cuestiones bastantes malas ya que si afectan de manera muy considerable el uso de este producto “reacondicionado”
