You get what you pay for, but sometimes that does the trick!
I bought these because I have three cats and I really think it’s better for them to have raised food (one because he’s old and it’s better for his neck/spine, the other two little ones because it considerably decreases them throwing up.) But I’ve had others before this and they always are very cat-ty — they have paw prints or the typical cat sayings on them, etc… you know, things you don’t necessarily want out in your home. These, kind of look like art! I keep them on the table like a centerpiece!Now that said, they’re… well, cheap. They’re sturdy enough, but they’re like ikea furniture sturdy (easy to put together like ikea, too.) The bases aren’t easy to wash because the stick on nubs that keep them from sliding (and the ceramic bowls from sloshing around in the holders when the cats are eating) fall off all the time. I’ve started putting bowls in the bowls for the kitties to eat. That way, I don’t have to wash them at all and it’s not a problem. The way they nest is pretty great, too.These are winners, but have realistic expectations for what you’re getting. I’d buy them again in a heartbeat. Though I’m hoping they last long enough and I don’t have to.

These things are awesome! They are the perfect height for my cats to eat from and they donât strain their necks. Easy to put together and I really appreciate the extra parts that come with it. I donât use the bowls that it came with just because my cats had other bowls and they sit on top of the opening but stay in place because of the small rubber sticky things.If youâve got a messy eater, theyâre easy to wipe clean with a damp sponge. I purchased two sets for my cats, two sets for my momâs cats and a set for my sisters cat. So glad I found these stands!!

Love these! Great height, easy to clean.
I bought these bowls because our oldest cat has always been a puker! So we were hoping the elevated bowls might help; which we think they do, even just a little. I love everything about these except that the little adhesive disks that are supposed to cushion the bowl within the base fall off easily. Weâve had these just under 4 months and after about 2 months lost one of the disks and Iâve had to tape on another not to lose it. You can see in the 2 pics how the disks are slipping off the base and in the 1 pic I taped it on. They shouldâve found a way to adhere them to the base better. Iâve considered super gluing them but just havenât tried it yet.But as for everything else, theyâre great! The height is a good height for adult cats. The bowls sit nicely in the base and wash up easily. Even if you let them sit a while and the leftover food starts to dry out. All I do is squirt some dish soap in the bowl, add water and after as little as 5 mins of soaking they wash out perfectly. And theyâre pretty! I sometimes arrange them in different configurations on the shelf and theyâre almost like art (refer to the last 2 pics). They were also very easy to put together and came with their own screwdriver! Bonus! I would def recommend them even with the shoddy adhesive disks.

Beautiful/Perfect Small Breed Size
Beautiful, sturdy and the right size for my xs Chihuahuas. I double measured to make sure they weren’t too high but even my smallest under 5lb baby has no trouble. I read that elevated food bowls are great for their posture/older dogs.The value is incredible. Don’t hesitate to get! I highly recommend!

i was looking everywhere for elevated cat food bowl stands that were just for three bowls and fit the bowls i already have. these are perfect, i love them. i could buy them separately and group them together myself so i could get as many as i needed, if i get another cat i can get a fourth and not have to search for a new thing that fits my bowls. they don’t slide around too much and they’re pretty easy to clean. they fit easily in my tiny apt.

Just the Right Height
I purchased this 3 bowl system for my tomcat. I already had a 3 cup stainless bowl for water which fit securely. I use the 3rd bowl as a backup for food. The bowls are surprisingly heavy and of good quality.The stands are easily put together. They are sealed except the inside of the stand where the bowls sit. Only time will tell how that holds up. I could get a spray sealant since I read where mold was a problem. As of now, I think this system was a great purchase.

Very Nice Raised Feeder for a Cat
My cat Freddy was having issues keeping his food down. I tried this raised feeder and it certainly has helped and reduced his vomiting. He doesn’t have to bend all the way to the floor to eat. It is about 5 or 6 inches high so the food goes down much easier and very little chance he can vomit it back up. It would also be good for an older cat. It was very easy to assemble and is sturdy. The bowls are stainless steel so easy to wash. And there’s 3 bowls — dry food, wet food and water.

I like that the stands where made out of bamboo . The assembly of the stands was very easy to do . My 17 year old toothless cat can eat out of these bowls without bending down . I have soft food in the one bowl , water in the other and hard food in the last . Before he would have soft food on the back of the bowl and some on the floor. I always had a bit of a mess ro clean up , but not anymore. It’s better for my cat and better for me . The bowls lift out for easy cleaning . This is certainly the best money spend and well worth it .

We hastily bought our cat some raised dishes when she was recovering from surgery, after admitting that maybe she’s getting on a bit (fifteen next month). She already has shallower dishes for her food, so these are for her water. She loves them and is drinking more. We can see that it’s easier for her not to have to bend down as much, and they worked even when she had a padded recovery collar on.She bounced back after the surgery and is now leaping about the place again, but if she has joint trouble in the future, I’m sure this will be easier for her.I don’t know if she’d find them too deep for her food, she likes shallow dishes for that.The steel is easy to clean, and the bamboo stands we’re easy to put together. They came with a spare stand piece and spare screw, which I appreciated. There are little rubber feet on the stand, so it’s stable on the floor. I’m getting on a bit too, so I don’t mind having slightly less far to reach down for them!
