works great for elderly pets.
we use this for our older cat. he gets tired easily and this helps alleviates his stiffness of joints. the legs are a little loose in mounting and will fall out when the unit is lifted up. we put small bowls in the supplied spaces for ease of cleaning.

Bad habit breaker
I have a yorkie that had a bad habit of knocking his food bowl around to make food fall out. At first he wasn’t too happy about this new set up but after a few unproductive attempts to knock food out he gave up. The bowls are deep so I only collapsed one completely for water. The other bowl is left folded up because it fits just enough food for the day. The bowls remove easily with a twist but don’t just fall out. I put this on his rubber mat and it doesn’t move one inch. The feel is very flimsy and I don’t reccomend for big dogs but if you have a small toy breed it will work just fine.

This was not the sturdiest pet bowl stand. The rubber bits that slide into the bottom kept coming out. Which in turn slid when the dog ate causing a bit of a clean up. The bowls were the best thing about it as you can pack and go with them. Needless to say, my stand is in the bin. But shipment was fast and like I stated, the bowls are good.

Don’t Purchase/ Dye residue from bowls/ Not safe
If I could give this a -50 I would. Please do not purchase this product. It was the right size and fit my dog perfectly. I cleaned it twice before use. I put water in one bowl and food in the other. I noticed my dog was not eating her food. I assumed she was being picky. She did not drink her water the way she would normally drink it.A little later, I picked up the bowls to empty and clean. Oh My God!!! The bowl I put the water in was pink. The food on the bottom of the other bowl was pink. WTH….. No wonder she would not eat or drink the way she normally does.I cleaned the bowls 6 more times. Do you hear me. 6 MORE TIMES. Ran a test.. Put water in both bowls and the water was pink. Now I am at the point of pissitivity. This is not safe. My dog drank this mess. This is not safe.Hopefully no dogs do not get sick from these bowls. I am watching my baby closely to make sure she is okay.I have a tiny dog. A Pomeranian, she is little.Please, do not purchase. I am so disappointed. I normally do not write reviews, but this one is a must. This involves our fur babies.

Bowels can be tricky to remove
I bought this feeding bowl set to have at my house for when I puppy sit. It assembled easily and stayed intact when assembled properly. I did find the bowls a challenge to remove; however having said that, the bowls will stay put if you have a dog who likes to remove bowls and carry them about the house. I had 2 medal bowls that fit inside, and Bobs your Uncle, it does just fineð

Good
Great for the price just wish it had more variety in colors. Is sturdy and easy to clean as well. Size is good for small dogs but not for medium or large, i have an older chihuahua so height worked great for her so she didn’t have to crane her neck and back to eat. Will probably be getting another for my cat as well.

Excellent feeder for cats
Bought the feeder mostly for my older cat. The 5″ height is perfect for him. I also have a 9-month old cat and she is also able to use it easily. Makes it easy for the older cat because he doesn’t have to bend down so far and can actually sit down to eat. The collapsible bowls are a little flimsy, but I have several of the stainless steel bowls and they fit perfectly.

A little awkward
To change the water you have to dump The whole bowl so it’s kind of awkward when you have food in one side. You can’t take the water section out and then the legs fall off they don’t seem to stay attached. But it is cute! You have to be careful carrying it because if you push the bottom of the water dish it closes shut because it’s rubber and water goes everywhere so between balancing that and the legs falling off it’s kind of an awkward style. I waited too long to return it the legs just don’t stay on.

Las patitas se safan muy fácil, es necesario pegarlas. Por otro lado es muy fácil de lavar y los platos se pueden quitar por lo que es útil para ofrecerle agua y/o comida en paseos largos
