HUGE tower!
79″ is a LOT taller than the 60″ towers I’m accustomed to, that’s for sure! This cat tower nearly reaches my ceiling, and I needed to break out the stepladder to finish installing it. I’ve set it up next to a window I open at night, and the cats have loved climbing it and looking out past the curtain. I appreciated that the balls came in both orange and grey varieties, so I could choose which color I wanted to use and didn’t have to go with whatever came by default, and the two houses were both definitely big enough for my fat chonks of cats.That being said, as the human, I have some complaints with it.To begin with, the tower feels inherently more unstable than I feel like it should. The base is not one solid piece, but is instead two split apart legs. Still, both legs are mounted to large boards, and the center of gravity should sit above it, but it still somehow manages to rock and sway as the cats move. This may be why absolutely none of my four cats have attempted to go to the top two layers.There aren’t very many actual scratching surfaces on this ridiculously large tower. Only a handful of the posts have any sisal on them at all, and none of them are really long enough to allow a cat to get a nice vertical stretch up the length as they dig their claws in. If the cant can’t get a full stretch, it’s not quite as enticing to them to actually use it to scratch on. Only one of my cats has figured out that it’s a good short scratch.Finally, it’s difficult for the cats to navigate. This is a very vertical tower, and the wings and ledges that extend out past the next level up are all very shallow or narrow. This doesn’t give the cat much room to climb up or down, and despite their fearless attitudes, many cats actually aren’t happy about jumping 79″ to the ground or up in the air in one go. I have my tower next to my dresser, and the cats absolutely use the dresser as a wider and therefore safer staging platform when moving up or down.It was easy to put together, and it’s definitely the largest cat tower I’ve ever seen at this price point. I did appreciate it came with a wall anchor for stability, but I don’t think that’s going to help all that much with the side to side swaying.

Sturdy and perfect for my 3 cats
This cat tower is very sturdy and my cats started climbing on it while I was putting it together. They could not wait. All three of my cats love this tower and fight over the top perch. Was super easy to put together in no time

The Height is Great
I purchased this for my Boy Kitty for Xmas and he absolutely loves it. It takes about an hour to put together. But I am so pleased with this purchase! I thought it was going to collect dust like the others he has had. But he loves it so far! The Value was awesome, itâs very sturdy as well!

I bought this for my sister and was worried that her cats wouldn’t enjoy it. Before she even got the stand built the cats were climbing into the hammocks and boxes. She has Maine coon’s ( pretty large cats) and all 5 of them safely lay on this. It’s easy to assemble, soft, and sturdy. The size for the money is unbeatable.

No joke, itâs tall
I understand measurements but my brain did not visualize it being this tall lol one of my cats loves it, she has been bouncing back and forth between all of the levels since we put it up. The other kitty is not so sure but will grow to love it in time. We think she might just be scared of heights and has a major attachment to our old one. It was pretty easy to assemble but my husband had to finish it out because I was too short. Overall took about 45 minutes to assemble, the longest being putting the support beams in the houses. Itâs very soft but did have a very weird smell when we took it out of the box. Seems to be worth the price so far.

Super Tall – Great for Rooms with Higher Ceilings – cats like it
This cat tower was pretty easy to assemble. Iâm not all that fond of the split base. I think it would be more sturdy if it were one solid piece. I may at some point attach it to a solid base board. It is pretty sturdy, but would be better with one solid base board.The fabric on the tower is a bit on the cheap side. It is soft and it works, but it could be better. Time will tell how it holds up.The scratching posts are not really that useful. They are too short.My cats like this tower. I put it in front of a floor to ceiling window in a room with an open to the second floor ceiling. You definitely need a higher ceiling to accommodate this tower.Overall, this is a decent cat tower. My cats are enjoying it. I just think it could be better too.
