Automatic Cat treats!
Bought this last minute as we were set to leave town for the holidays. We have 2 cats, we filled this auto feeder with cat treats. Set up was easy, we set to dispense treats 3 times a day. Instructions were easy to follow. They are on the light side, our cats were already tipping them over, no biggie. We added canopy weights on top & taped down lid. We didnât want to come home to a mess, it worked perfectly!

Easy to use, peace of mind!
I purchased this when I was going to be away for a few nights and the set up was really easy and straightforward. I set it up a few days in advance to insure it was working properly and it worked without a hitch! Itâs super lightweight too, if you were to travel with it. Seems sturdy, my cat has not managed to knock it over yet, and heâs been using it for about a month now. Large enough to hold a good amount of food, small enough to tuck away and it not be a big clunky object.

This is a sturdy built feeder; I think it is a good value considering itâs low cost. (I.e. it could be better, but I didnât pay for better).It fits the entire 3 lb bag of cat food that I use I to the storage tank, so it has good capacity. It was easy to program and came with good instructions.It does give out more food than the dispensing chart indicates, but you can program/alter this to the appropriate amount easy enough. In other words, their chart said to set it at level 4 to dispense 1/4 cup food, but I found setting it at level 3 was better so that I did not overfeed my cat.Also, the lid on the top of the container was hard to get on and off. It is too big for me to grab it and twist it off with one hand (like you would open up a jar). So I had to use two hands to twist the top, but then I could not use my other hand to stabilize the whole unit so the unit would twist while I tried to get the lid off and that made it hard to twist the lid off. But⦠I would still buy this product as overall it works well.

First off; I really want to stress how great the customer service is! Honestly an A+ in that department âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸.The device definitely does the trick, yes, there are fancier ones out there. When received it smelled like very strong plastic (like a Halloween costume store), so I washed the entire contraption before use. When you add the portions I find the portion chart a little conflicting, didn’t make much sense to me, so I just kept setting it a minute ahead to be sure it was working well and see the actual amount that was being served.The buttons are ok, simple to use, LOUD (lol) like setting something back in the 90s loud.Oh and when I received it, I opened the box and there was a bug inside…. I brought the package outside to finish opening it, looked like a spider maybe? Not sure cause we didn’t see it come out outside, sooooooo this, the odor and the “meh” quality brings it to 3 stars

Have had this for a couple of months now and it works flawlessly. It was easy to set up and has many feeding options: ie quantity and timing. The only down side is now the cat loves the feeder more than he loves me…..

Although Iâve only been using four and a half days. I have to say Iâm quite impressed.I received an instruction booklet plus a double sided instruction page. With both diagrams and words on one side then a chart showing portions and how much for one to six daily meals. So so easy.Very nice braided power cable and a sub power block. The food dish seems to be the perfect shape for a cat. Wider than it is long, so there is plenty of room for their whiskers.It seems fairly sturdy. The lid locks on. I have put a nice sized rock on top just incase. My cat has pulled over an eighteen pound bucket of food with his teeth. So this could be kids play.So far he doesnât bother with it except to eat.The only thing I have found âwrong,â is it looses between 5-10 seconds per day. If you want the same exact feeding time every day then it would not be so good.It is easy to remove and clean the feeding dish. To clean the inside I have not checked it out as of yet. At a glance it seems the middle part might be difficult.I did get batteries for backup but as 4.5 days in, I canât give an opinion. I am very glad there is such a thing. There is a battery metre on the front to show the life left in the batteries. Very very helpful.I have never owned an automatic feeder before so canât compare. I would recommend trying this one. I did buy on sale and feel I have gotten my dollars worth.
