Nice propeller strap that DJI forgot to include
I don’t know why DJI doesn’t even include a velcro strap to keep the propeller blades from flopping around, but they don’t. So this one from CYNOVA is perfect to meet that need. It’s easy to install and keeps everything where it is safe while you’re not flying the drone. I had it on my drone for a few weeks before writing this review, and I just took it off and didn’t notice that the propellers were deformed at all, so it doesn’t apply too much pressure. Nice addition to your kit!

Light, compact prop protection, fits perfectly, easy to get on and off, drone still fits in case
This is a flexible little half shell that neatly snap-buckles into place to hold the props in a safe position. It also provides some overall droppage protection, making it safer and easier to handle the drone and carry it around outside of a case without worry about dropping it or accidentally bending or stressing the props. Great bonus: Even with the guard on, the drone still fits in the rigid-foam cutout in my case, adding some extra padding, and allowing me to put the drone in and take it out without worrying about the props. Great little gadget.

Perfect fit – Read on why only 4 stars
I really wanted to give this a 5th star for the fit and “quality” of the product but out of the box there was one glaring issue. Maybe it was just the one I received and not all have this issue, but I thought I would tear off the tab of the strap trying to get the pin to come out of the holder, I had to pull so hard and still didn’t get it out. This pin was VERY TIGHT in the holder and I ended up using a flat blade screwdriver to pry it up out of the connection hole. I didn’t want to risk breaking a drone arm or propellers trying to remove it while on the drone. I did end up later “relieving” the hole in the holder to make it easier to pull out.One more thing to consider, though I DID NOT take off a star for this, (strictly my issue because of the type case I have). I use a Skyreat case to hold my Mini 4K (Mini 2) drone. The “compartment” cutout for this drone is a “hard sided, fabric covered” cutout in the case and is size to fit the drone with Dji furnished propeller holder. This product is a little bit wider than the Dji holder and as such the drone would not fit into the compartment. If you are using the bag that comes with the Dji FlyMore kit OR a case that has compressible foam material that can be trimmed a little, this additional width will not be an issue. Until I try to see what the case compartment I have is made of and see how I might be able to trim it a little on each side I will just stick to using the Dji holder or will order some version of a new case (thinking about that anyway) with compressible foam material compartments.Now to the 5 star part. The product fits the drone perfectly and seems to be quicker and easier, at least for me, to install than the Dji holder. Not withstanding the above issue I had, I do think this is an excellent product. It fits well, easy to install and protects the propellers, as it should and says.

Perfect fit on DJI Mini SE
It felt good to receive this item, install it and know Iâm not going to snap a propellor off while Iâm pulling my Mini SE out of the case or putting it away. Itâs a very simple process to install the protector. Simply tuck the props in and place the silicone cover over the bottom props then bring the strap over the top and fasten it. Itâs easy on and easy off. The strap secures with a buttonhole opening over the stud and will not slip off accidentally. It does take up a little more space in my case making it a bit snug to zip it shut, but it did shut. Itâs well designed and Iâm really glad to have it protecting my drone.

Decent strap-style holder
This prop holder keeps the prop blades from flopping around and does not put the blades under much stress (something I fret over), so it has that as a strong positive.The negative, though, is that the strap is very hard to unfasten, so much so that I worry I’m going to damage the drone trying to get that darned strap to come off.It does look like that problem is at least partly due to the holder being brand new, so I’m going to use it for now and go 4 stars since it holds the props better than my current strap holder. I’ll return here and update if I see notable improvement or encounter some new problem.
