The extra benefit of collagen, hyaluronic acid, and biotin has also been that my joints don’t hurt like they used to.The Hyaluronic acid in two scoops is 55 mg (relatively low amount), and the vitamin C is just right at 55 mg, as its role is to increase absorption of the ingredients for collagen bioavailability. There is a healthy amount of biotin (2.5 mg) in two scoops that translates to 8333 % of an adult daily recommended value (based on a 2000 calories a day diet). There are 38.5 calories in two scoops – these calories come from the proteins in the collagen sources.We used this OUFEX Multi Collagen Peptides Powder in our smoothie this morning (berry vanilla) and there is no bitter or after taste. This product completely dissolves in our smoothie. The product itself has no clumps or flecks – it looks really pure and looks exactly as shown in the product description. The expiration is about two years from when we received it.We are super happy with this OUFEX Multi Collagen Peptides Powder and love that it provides 82 servings from a 2 pound bag (that is almost a three month supply!) – this really is the way to go for us and we will order this product again.

Loads Of Collagen With Lots Of Extras
This is a solid contender in the (extremely) overcrowded collagen game.Two pounds of anything is a score. This is a load of collagen. At 82 servings in one bag, you’ll make it through almost three months. Compare that to some of the small jugs you find at big box stores. I’m a big believer in collagen, but I’m super attentive to ingredients and production. This bag checks most of the boxes. Soy, dairy, gluten and nut-free. Non GMO. No fillers. Even more importantly it’s hydrolyzed collagen, which is key for absorption. I just wish they were a little clearer on where it’s sourced.The addition of biotin, Vitamin C and hyaluronic acid is always welcome, even though the hyaluronic acid percentage is lower than I like in my supplements. I’ve been a big fan of collagen for years, starting with bovine for my workout bones/muscles and now really getting into marine options. The total amount of multi-collagen in the bag is high, but I wish they had broken up the percentages since marine is my current jam. Not a deal breaker…just a callout.The powder is super fine and dissolves easily in my smoothies, shakes and recipes. No taste. No nothing. Noticeably finer than some other brands I have in my stash right now. Appreciate that especially when I’m on the go with a handheld shaker at the gym.Bonus Points: This is the only bag of any supplement that I have picked up that even safety sealed the scoop inside. Serious attention to purity in their production. That alone is worth five stars.As always, results from any supplement is so subjective. Especially since most people are adding a collagen powder to their current routine – not giving up everything for a shake mix. For me, I see great results from collagen and this giant bag is one of the best multi collagen options I’ve tried.

Seems to work as it should!
Now that I’m getting older, I find myself taking more supplements and a good collagen supplement is pretty high on my list. It’s supposed to be great for my skin, hair, nails, and joints. I’ve been taking a collagen supplement for several years, so I am not able to tell the difference between this particular product and others that I’ve taken. It seems to be on par with what I took previously and that is terrific for me. It’s an easy-to-dissolve powder and it’s not difficult at all to incorporate into a daily routine. I would definitely use this product again.
