Worth every penny
Great taste and super hydrating. Iâve literally never drank this much water in my life. Ever. Not having sugar does not affect the caliber of deliciousness. Itâs kinda expensive but worth it if it means Iâm actually freakinâ hydrated for once. Iâm super pleased. My mom also comments on my elevated energy so those electrolytes must be doing something.

Not comparable to Liquid IV for health issues!
I bought this to try instead of liquid IV, because I thought I could save a bit. I use liquid IV daily for POTS. I need that added hydration, electrolytes, and salts to help keep me upright(keep me from fainting). There is considerably less in the packets, Iâd say half at least compared to liquid IV. I would have to use 2 to get the same effect that 1 liquid IV gives me. The taste is good.Edited to add- the company saw my review and gave me a refund, I didnât ask for a refund. This shows amazing customer service. I really appreciate them taking their customers reviews and needs into consideration. This is a good product, just not good for me with my POTS. After reading more about it, it has half the sodium of the brand I usually use. Having less sodium unfortunately makes a big difference for me. This would be great for someone just needing extra electrolytes, or extra hydration!

If you’re taking opioids for pain . Prescribed by your doctor this will hydrate you so much better than water. It will help you be regular and no more struggle to poop. Man….it’s helped me so much to be regular again. Highly recommended!!!!

Acquired Taste but super good
I did not like the flavor of these at first, but after forcing myself the drink them, I actually like them a lot. I notice I am drinking way more water than I typically do and I know I have these to thank. I prefer these flavors than I do the original but both are really good in my opinion. If you decide to try, make sure you mix very well. Or, maybe wait 3-5 minutes after mixing the power to really allow everything to dissolve in the water, otherwise you might get a chunk of powder and it will not taste good. Overall, super happy with these and will absolutely buy again
