Endlessly searching for a heating pad, in the section for people, with long timer and right size when I came across this pad that was everything I was looking for. Chew proof, thin, flexible and the correct size for the area under the rabbit cage, The house is old, cold and drafty and this pad keeps the rabbits warm when they free roam during the day. I place a matching size ( cut to size) yoga mat on top, so they canât chew the warming pad. Rabbits approved mat, that keeps their little feet and bellies warm. I keep it on the lowest setting and it produces sufficient heat.

Nice size and range of settings
This is for my elderly lady cat. The size is nice (she can get her entire body on the pad), range of settings is great and I like that I can set it to automatically shut off after a couple hours since that’s about all she cares to sit on it. I’m glad to have received a second cover for it so one can be in the wash and she still has a comfy pad cover to use. The only issue is that it takes a really long time for it to reach it’s set temp. so sometimes she sees me turn it on, she’ll sit on it for a couple minutes, she can’t detect warmth so she leaves. Then I periodically feel the pad until I can feel it warmed up then I place her on it later.

I bought this for my outside cats and couldnât be happier with them. The cats have houses with heated pads in them, but these are far and away more effective in keeping them warm in the frigid temps we are having now. I got them just in time for the artic cold front that hit Texas. (Thank you Amazon Prime) I love the temperature control. This will be perfect whatever the temperature is this winter. The other feature I just love is the timer function which goes up to 24 hours. This will keep them warm all day while Iâm at work. What I was using only stayed on for up to 8 hours which left them without heat for 4 or 5 hours a day. I am thrilled with these. They will make winter so much easier!

The pad is barely warm on the highest setting. Love that my dog doesnât chew on the cord. Bought early to have on hand when needed. Past time to return for replacement when used the first time.
