Do not waste your money with this!!!
This is a horrible product. When I dot it I had to go online to understand how to connect this device to my network. When I finally got it to work I was able to connect it to my primary 2G service but only able to connect to the guest 5G service (retried several times). When we got a power interruption it did not reconnect and when I tried to reconnect manually it wanted a PIN which was not obvious to me where this was. In general, it was more trouble than it was worth. My strong advise is to avoid this product!!!

Installation instructions clear and linking to your router very easy.
Clear instructions. The router is at the back of the house which is shaped like a “T”. Needed to get a strong signal to the front of the house to be able to stream.bb

Just ok.
I have two separate ISPs, one has a Netgear Nighthawk, which connected flawlessly with the WPS buttons. The other network (which is what I need this for) is a CenturyLink Technicolor modem/router combo. It was a huge pain to get this connected. WPS was no help, adding the MAC/pin was no help, the extender would never accept my network password, either. I ended up turning off MAC authentication, removing security to create an open/unsecured network, and it finally connected. From there, I had to add WPA2-AES only back to the modem/router, and then was able to login to the extender snd match the passwords. After all that, it does pick up the weak modem signal pretty well, but also does not broadcast it very well either. It will work for what I need right now (feeding an outside wireless camera), but it’s definitely not an amazing product.

It was a pain from the get go!
OK First, It wouldn’t hook up via WPS, I tried multiple times. I then did the manual set up that was ok but then it told me I was too close. Then I finally got it set up and was doing speed tests on the EXT networks and it knocked out my main wifi. I had to turn the Netgear router off and back on to fix it. I’m not a network specialist but I know my way around wifi and this one turned out to be a dud!
