Excellent product, just what I wanted.
These pumpkin seeds( pepitas) are exactly what I was looking for. Oven roasted, without tons of salt( sodium) added and absolutely delicious. I eat them as a snack and mix them in my morning homemade yogurt with some additional fruit and nuts. Yummy, and so very healthy!! I would recommend them to anyone looking. Also, they come in a sturdy 2 lb resealable craft bag. Great price too!

Consistently fresh pumpkin seeds
I’ve been using Yupik’s pumpkin seeds for the past year in daily hearty salads, and they are reliably fresh, uniformly roasted, intact and very tasty. They provide a nice crunch, and they have no bitterness.Great nutritional value and easy to incorporate into salads.

Pepitas (from China), Tasty, Good Value but Barely Roasted
Yupik Seeds, Dry Roasted Shelled Pumpkin/Pepitas, 2.2 lb: These are smaller ‘pepitas’ sourced from China (where it’s cheaper to harvest and shell them), as opposed to larger pumpkin seeds as you might find in your regular orange Halloween or green pumpkins. For selenium content, I prefer the larger shelled seeds, I used to get from Trader Joe’s, but can’t find them anymore. These smaller variety are crunchy, nutty, tasty and, presumably, nutritious. Pumpkin seeds in general are high in minerals, especially selenium. Very good value, you get a lot (1 kg/2.2 lbs), so be prepared to store them in the fridge (comes in a resealable bag). If you don’t eat many or often, you may want to buy a smaller quantity from another brand to preserve freshness. I eat them daily with berries, yogurt and other seeds and nuts (including hemp seeds, look up Mighty Seed Hemp Hulled Seeds, 24 Ounce on Amazon). Took off one star because they are BARELY roasted, just enough to make the claim. They are fine as purchased, but I prefer them more golden roasted, these are still very green overall, so I took an extra step to (oven) roast them further myself. Otherwise, a great purchase, lowest price per pound that I saw, and good quality (no stray shells, nice green color, whole healthy (shelled) seeds, no spots, little ‘dust’). I recommend and will likely purchase again.

High Quality Pumpkin Seeds
I have bought these several times, and will keep on getting them. I make a lot of salads and I like to throw a handful of pumpkin seeds (as well as some other seeds) into the salad to give it a bit of crunch and interesting flavor. Every bag I have bought had fresh, crisp, good tasting seeds. I keep the bag in the freezer because this big of a bag lasts a long time and I don’t want the oils in the seeds to get rancid. I probably don’t need to do that because we use these seeds up and buy another bag every 3 to 4 months or so, but freezing doesn’t hurt them and I think they would last several years in the freezer.

Very tasty and great quality
Bought these for their anti cancer nutrients as I am a cancer survivor. ð¤·ð»ââï¸ may help may not but healthier options are always better. You take the time to actually read the labels on everything you buy and itâs shocking what is put in many of our foods.
