Weak magnet but doing fine so far
Very nice quick release adapter. The horizontal rotation is a great idea but it does not have any lock so it tends to move easily. The magnet is weak but the hooks seem to be effective.Iâll update my review after testing on BMX and MTB dirt tracks.UPDATE:After testing on BMX and MTB dirt tracks I can say that even though the magnet is very weak the hooks made a treat job keeping the camera secured.Watching Scot review video I can confirm that for some reason this quick release adapters have trouble hooking up on Osmo Action 4 camera but hooks firmly on the Action 5 PRO (weird hug) BUT if you hook it from the right side first (camera facing at you) and apply some force to both hooks afterwards you get this adapters to work.

high quality, but the fit isn’t perfect, which is a killer flaw in an action camera mount
Overall seems to be very high quality, but it fails in the one thing you need most in an action camera mount — the attachment points don’t always lock into place. In particular, one side seem to have trouble locking in place on the bottom of my camera (though it works reliable on the side mount). I can get it to lock into place by twiddling with it, but a secure mount trumps all other concerns on a camera like this, intended to be used rough&tumble. It is otherwise well engineered and solidly constructed.

Seem very well made.
Slightly heavier than expected, even knowing they were metal, but not enough to really matter. They snap on way easier than stock plastic and the magnets work as good or better than stock. We’ll see how they hold up, but at the moment I’m not worried at all.

As I bought before Amazear cage for osmo action 5 pro, which was very high qaulity – also ordered magnetic quick realease adapter for full set. Adapter is excellent quality, with possibility to rotate. But… before use there was small tolerance problem as one of teeth did not engaged in camera completely. Solved this just very little sanding flat surfice of adapter. Just very very little,…. and now adapter lock very secure. So I am satisfied!

Das Material scheint wertig zu sein. Die Funktionen wie drehbar, Verschluss usw. waren vielversprechend.Das Hauptproblem ist aber wie beim Scott beschrieben die Haken, es hakt nur eine Seite richtig rein. Die andere Seite nicht. ==> kein Halt!!!! Das gilt für beide Halterungen. :-(Viel zu groà ist das Risiko meine 400⬠DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro während der Fahrt mit einem Fahrrad oder Motorrad zu verlieren.Werde ich gar nicht ausprobieren.Die Halterungen gehen beide zurück.Eine andere Halterung dahegen (siehe zweites Bild) sitzt und hält bombenfest.Schade….UPDATE:Nachdem ich rausgefunden habe den losen Haken mit einem Metallstück nachschnappen zu lassen hält das jetzt bombenfest. Ist natürlich ein Handicap immer hier nachzuarretieren und ein Metallstück mitzuschleppen. Mit starken Fingernägeln funktioniert es auch. Deswegen auch keine volle Punktzahl.Ich werde die Halterung jetzt doch behalten. Die 360° Schwenkfunktion überwiegt hier und erspart mir eine zusätzliche Kugelhalterung.

Leider geht der Verschluss sehr schlecht an die Kamera. Nur nach mehreren Versuchen hacken beide Seiten an der Unterseite der Cam ein.
