Good, slightly Earthy, organic sunflower seeds.
This review is for Yupik âOrganic Shelled Sunflower Seedsâ organic 2 lbs. I was satisfied with this product and would order it again. The package indicates that these sunflower seeds country of origin was âTurkey or China.â They seemed to have a slightly more Earthy and rich/dark taste than the Terrasoul Superfoods âSunflower Seeds, Raw and Shelledâ (organic), which had a bit more light and buttery flavor to them. (Both I enjoyed.) I decided to try this brand because it seemed that Yupik looked like a legitimate and decent company. After trying this product Iâm content with both it and Yupik. So Iâd be willing to try other products of theirs based on this experience.

I purchase these organic sunflower seeds 1-2 times per year. I’m including the dates from my order page… April 4, 2021, October 14, 2021, July 18, 2022, March 16, 2023 and March 8, 2024. Whether I used themquickly or one bag a year they have retained their freshness, they have never gone stale. I keep them in my refrigerator, I’m sure that helps with the “shelf life”. I found Yupik brand to be not only quality but one of the best prices listed here at Amazon. I purchase some of their other seeds as well and am always satisfied with their products. Some of the items (photos) I use them for are my granola and date balls. I also sprinkle them over salads and often add them to my trailmix. Yum! We highly recommend these!

I like that these sunflower seeds are organic and you get a good amount for the price. They are smaller than seeds I am used to. and the color is a little darker. They arenât the light greyish white seeds I am used to. They taste ok. My family likes to eat them on salads.
