Doesnât work with mobile gimbals
Iâve tried finding an adapter for my DJI action 5 pro to fit on my DJI om 4 which works perfectly with a mobile phone. When I put the action 5 camera on the adapter while it was in the gimbal, the DJI camera out weighed the adapter weight and could break the gimbal. Would recommend a gimbal that would fit your action camera directly:)

Heavy and runs the battery down faster, but it does work. I have tried a few others, but this is the only one that actually balances and works. Not as good as a dedicated gimbal made for action cameras, but if you only want to pack one gimbal this let’s you use the action camera on your phone gimbal.

Just what I needed for my gambol and action 4 cam
Gimbal Action Camera Adapter Mount for DJI OSMO and GoPro This is the perfect accessory to attach your action cam to your phone gimbal. I am using the DJI action 4 cam and the Zhiyun Smooth 5s. It does give things a vastly different balance than a normal phone so you will need to tweak the balance but one you have that set everything works as it should. I makes it a bit top heavy so I found it worked better putting it in portrait mode then attaching the camera in which ever position you want as it has both vertical and horizontal attachment points. It’s a pretty simple device but it does take a minute to wrap your head around how it all wants to work together. For instance one side of this unit fits snug while if it’s inverted it appears to not be seated well. So it does matter how you put this unit into your gimbal. Once you get that right, everything works well. Obviously you need to get the balance and calibration right and have the gimbal in the right mode for your use case. I pretty much always use PF. I did have to try a few times before I got everything dialed into perfection, but once I did everything worked perfect. I am really grateful for this as it was exactly what I needed to make these two things work together. I use this setup allot for shooting various things for marketing and commercial production when the action cam is the fastest and most efficient way to get the video I need. I am super grateful to have this and it was exactly what I needed.

My DJI osmo 5 gimbal struggled.
Levigo Gimbal Action Camera Adapter Mount initially seemed promising, but my DJI Osmo 5 gimbal struggled due to its weight. Unfortunately, this led to the need for a return. While it may work well with lighter devices, users with heavier cameras should be cautious. The return process, however, was smooth and efficient.

Doesn’t Play Well With GoPro
I Picked this up hoping that is could use my existing phone gimbal with my GoPro. Although it says it works with DJI and GoPro cameras I could not get it to balance at all. I Managed to get it close once but then when I powered the Gimbal on it was not the case. There is absolutely no instructions included but its not too hard to figure out. It would have been nice if there were tips or something to give you an idea how to get it all balanced and set up correctly. IT is made of quality materials. The thumbs screw is nice and snug and doesn’t come loose with rattling. it arrived very quickly with no damage at all. Maybe somebody else was more successful than I was, so maybe check out a couple more reviews after this one.

This is brilliant.
Sometimes it’s the little things that make a huge difference. And this adapter mount is one of them.For me, it’s a counterweight that can be held in my mobile device gimbal that further stabilizes my action cameras on a gimbal. In short, I’m now able to fly any action camera I’m using on my gimbal. So smart to create this. I love it.

Great idea, good build quality, spotty performance
I absolutely love my DJI Osmo Action camera. It’s an incredibly capable device that I use several times a week. I’m always on the lookout for new attachments to enhance my setup. I also own a DJI OM 4 Smartphone gimbal, which I pair with my iPhone 13 Pro. I’ve always wondered if I could find a way to attach my action camera to the gimbal.To my surprise, I came across the Levigo Gimbal Adapter on Amazon and ordered it right away. It arrived quickly, and out of the box, the adapter was exactly what I had imagined. Using this adapter essentially transforms your action camera into a Pocket 3-style setup, though it does make the overall package a bit bulky. Performance can also be hit-or-miss with this configuration.That said, when it works, it really gets the job done. I’m glad I found this adapter, and overall, I’m happy with it. I recommend it to anyone with a DJI Osmo Action camera looking for added versatility.

Far too heavy. Using OSMO 6 and Go Pro 9 Black. The weight of this item really doesn’t work with the OSMO 6. Shame as its a good piece of engineering.

premetto che ho restituito l’articolo ma non per difetti dello stesso ma perchè non adatto alla combinazione Gimbal/Action cam che ho io. ho montato l’oggetto sulla mia DJI Osmo Mobile 6 con una DJI Action 5 pro. purtroppo la combinazione dei due pesi mette parecchio sotto sforzo il gimbal che in alcune manovre cinematiche non riesce a gastire il movimento e inizia a vibrare. quindi ocn un gimbal più potente sicuramente funziona. l’oggetto è molto ben fatto e molto resistente, ottimi materiali

Wasn’t really expecting this to work as it seemed rather heavy but , after a bit of fiddling , got it to balance nicely with my Osmo Action 4 and tried a few shots and am pleased with the results. It is a bit bulky but seems the only way to couple the Mobile 6 and Action 4 .
