I got one for my husband and I know he isnât going to know how to put it together. So I took these pictures for him.I hope they help.I had to edit my review because i didnât add it. I took away a star because there were no instructions. I do think it is easy to use once put together. My husband is going to love his once I put it together for him.

Good entry-level harness kit for the price.
I am just getting started with videography and wanted a harness to try out that wouldn’t break the bank. With that in mind, this kit is perfect. The straps are strong, with the head straps utilizing silicon strips to keep it firmly in place. The plastic fittings are robust and even have the added benefit of being able to be attached to a tripod mount. The straps seem likely to withstand a season or two of moderate use, although they may not hold up to hardcore abuse such as mountain biking as well. For what I plan to use it for and at the price point, I am very happy with this purchase.

Didn’t come with an instructions manual but easy to navigate.
I genuinely love this so much! And it’s so cheap for how well made it is! If you’re doing videos of back shots I’d definitely recommend! The head strap works great as well for a person POV. 10/10 would recommend!

Decent for the price
This strap was decent for the price. My only issue is that it doesnât come with instructions. I guess the Chinese figure that we Americans are as smart as they are so we donât need instructions. It took a few minutes but I think I figured it out. Hereâs some pictures to prove it!
