Better Than Expected
Ordered a phone in excellent condition. Save for a couple of nicks on the outside edges, this phone looks almost brand new. I was originally looking for a phone with 512gb or storage, but the 1TB was only $10 more. The phone arrived via FedEx Priority Overnight. Battery health shows 93%. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase, and the huge chunk of change saved by going with a gently used phone.

Excellent condition
I purchased a 128GB iPhone 15 Pro in blue for about $675. Mine was shipped quickly. Box not original. Came with a charging cable, also not original. My unit has a couple of very minor scratches on the back, but I will use a case so donât mind. Screen is flawless. Battery health 100% with only four full charge cycles, despite the phone being originally activated over one year prior.

Purchased an 256GB iPhone 15 Pro and am very happy with what I got. Item shipped and arrived quickly, had no signs of damage (no scratches, speakers clean, no damage to camera lens), and was at 95% battery health. The phone did have some dirt outlines from sitting in a previous case and came with the wrong cable (lightning instead of usb-c), but to me those are very minor details considering the very reasonable price I paid.

The phone looks great. No scratches and works like new. I canât give it 5 stars because the battery life is at 88%. Was really wanting a better battery for the price I paid. Happy overall though

Was a little concerned that because it was refurbished, in âexcellent condition,â that the description may be deceiving, but it was spot on! My phone looks NEW! Only problem was that it does not come with a charger for the wall. You have to plug in the included wire into your computer. Purchased an applicable plug adapter from Walmart for$19.99. Price shouldâve been much less than the new iPhone 16.

Decent value for a 256gb iphone 15 pro
Purchased “renewed” excellent condition, unlocked from amazon. Phone came looking pretty good. 2 very small nicks on the edge of the screen (about 1mm). Back of phone was fine. Battery level was 91% (which was disappointing to me). It looks like the screen was replaced under apple care, based on what the phone records said. The phone does have apple care till Sept 2025, so that’s a small win. Phone works fine, no issues transferring data from my previous iphone. Connected to Verizon without a problem. I’ve purchased 4 used iphones from Amazon and sellers on Amazon over the past 3 years, all listed as excellent condition but from different sellers, all have worked out fine so far. Saved a ton of money than buying new.

Got this for Xmas. I bought 3. They tried to cover up the scratches on the screen by shipping the phone with a screen protector . So far the phone is working ok (1week). Iâm just worried the phone will start acting up after the 90 day warranty. Iâll post update before Match return deadline

At first I was happy with the phone I received. It wasnât until I had spent a week setting it up that I saw the problem. It was after a week that I ordered a case and screen protector.The phone was advertised as âexcellentâ condition, but upon removing the screen protector that came with the phone, I found several deep scratches. According to Amazonâs criteria this phone should have been classified as âacceptableâ and obviously should have been priced accordingly.I contacted Amazon because I didnât want to return it due to 1) I canât live a week without a phone, 2) I donât want to spend another week setting up a phone, 3) there is no guarantee that another phone will be any better since this phone was either not properly checked or someone made a the decision to hide the scratches with a screen protector.Support told me there was nothing they could do other than offering a return. This is my first experience with this ârefurbished by Amazonâ program idea and itâs very disappointing.They are not checking the phones or they are purposely hiding flaws
