Already stopped working
Don’t bother. I got this in early December, and now, by mid-January, it already stopped working. Used it daily with no issues and went to turn it on today, and nothing worked. Waste of money.There is only one heat setting, so you can not turn it up or down. Honestly, I was super excited to get this due to chronic pain from cancer treatment side effects, and it was a huge letdown. The heat turns off after like 20-30 minutes, so I have to constantly turn it back on, and the heat can not be adjusted. Complete waste of money.

Very relaxing & Comfy
I have been looking for a full body massage pad like this… I use it to help me relax enough to fall asleep, Makes my lower back and legs feel better, Long enough for me to fall asleep…. It will run for 30 minutes before it auto shuts off…. But that is long enough to help me fall asleep

I bought the Snailax massage mat with heat function to relieve lower back pain. It works as advertised!Since early 2020, I have not gone to a massage or physiotherapy clinic due to risk of exposure to the covid virus. My back pain has worsened. After searching online for alternatives and reading reviews about various massage mats, I finally decided on Snailax.I’ve been using it for about a week, twice daily with the last session before bedtime.Pros:Easy to use. I just plug and enjoy a relaxing massage anytime without leaving home.The combined massage and soothing warmth reduces stress and relieves soreness. It also improves sleep.Lots of options for personal preference. I can choose among different vibration modes and intensity levels. I can focus on certain sore areas or go for a full body massage.Portable and lightweight. Can be set up on sofa or bed. I get the most benefit on a reclining position.Heat level is just right; no risk of burn with auto shut off feature.Less expensive than other mats out there.Fast delivery. Product arrived early than expected and is much appreciated.Received my free 2 year warranty immediately after emailing customer service.Cons:The vibrating motors make noise and it can get loud on higher intensity levels although tolerable with the music or tv on :)I find the lowest intensity to be the most relaxing.I will update this review if I encounter issues with the device. But for now, I am very happy with my purchase.

I received my Memory Foam heated vibrating mat as a Christmas gift and I actually like it, Model Number: SL-363MI would say this mat is a very comfortable relaxing mat but not so much a message mat. If you need to relax after a good workout or lay down and relax after a busy day, maybe just read a book with the heat on? The mat has many preset functions (vibrating modes) or completely manual options to select from.This mat has full heat from top to bottom, you can just cozy up with the heat (no vibrations) and read a book. I have a terrible back with SI issues all the time, I found it was perfect to just lay with the heat plus mid back, buttocks and upper leg vibrating pads working, it wasn’t overwhelming on the pain points. I also like you can control all functions manually including the intensity of the vibration or use the pre programmed mode selections.All around, nice to have.

Enjoyed this but it broke within the last 12 months. Then I ordered a 2nd one and it broke in under a year and was really upset that it did not even last a yearordered a third in sept it lasted till last week should have learned the first 2 times
