Cats love it
My 2 cats love using this so much that they stopped scratching the furniture! I attached it to the wall very easily without needing help from my boyfriend. Very sturdy even when the cat sits on it. Itâs tall enough for the cats to stretch and scratch it & doesnât come that far from the wall so Itâs a great alternative to a cat scratcher or tree that takes up way too much space.

I am an animal trainer (dogs, horses, Birds of prey) but much less experienced with cats.First, let’s get out of the way that this is a great space-saving scratch post.It is easy to mount and comes with everything you need.My initial challenge was to redirect the attention of the one-year-old Tomcat (soon to be neutered) to the post. His name is Huck.I found the rope windings were able to but slightly spread with minor difficulty to put a couple of Temptation cat treats in the windings near the top. I laid a couple on top. That’s all it took. For a week, I then laid a treat on top at random times when Huck was not around, so he would often easily climb the scratch pole to check.He now uses this and his cat tree exclusively and I no longer even trim his claws. If your cat likes verticle scratching surfacesm this is the product for you.

Game Changer
Started buying these instead of cardboard scratching pads. Totally worth it! Our cats LOVE being able to climb and scratch. I feel they last longer, have less mess and look nicer/save space in the house!

Saves space and is easy to install
I have three cats and they all love to scratch the arms of my couch, climb up my bed sheets or claw my carpet. I don’t have a lot of space here so I looked for something that would save on that. This was perfect for them. It was easy to install. We just drilled it into a stud and twisted it on. So far, only one of my cats uses it but I am still hopeful the other two will catch on. I do still count this as win. Although sometimes there claws get a little stuck but it isn’t too bad. I was glad it came with anchors just in case, but I didn’t have to use them. So far it seems like no wear and tear but it has alightly twisted loose but it’s easy just to twist it tight again.

Good looking and perfect for narrow space
There is a beautiful and adorable neighbourhood ragdoll cat that often visits my home. It brings me so much joy when she visits, but she somehow learned to scratch my sofa! I needed a cat scratcher to divert her attention, but most wall mounted ones have big and ugly brackets that doesn’t fit well with my interior decor. I am so happy to have come across the xympo wall-mounted cat scratcher- finally a good looking minimalist design without big exposed brackets. The brackets and the screw are hidden behind the pole, and both ends of the pole are covered with ropes, making it much more elegant and doesn’t look out of place among my mid-century style furniture. It was super easy to install and fits perfectly in the narrow space next to my sofa. Most importantly, the cat loved it!

Most impressive!!
I have been having an issue with the cats trying to claw/climb the doorframe. This was delivered maybe 30 minutes ago. Couldn’t wait to put it up (obviously, it was super easy plus I had a great little helper!). I am beyond impressed with the immediate, positive response. Appears quite sturdy, as well.

Doesn’t take up much space and easy to install. The Cats love it and used it right away. A lot stronger and better than a post made with no wood and they can really stretch out and enjoy this.
