I ordered this a while back like in march of 2024. It still smells like lavender and works so good. I use it 3 times a week

Perfect in purple.
I got this for my occipital migraines in the back of my head. Heats up nicely in the microwave. I put it in for 1 minute 40 seconds and then fold it in half and place it right between the back of the head and neck area laying down. It holds the heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Really helps.

I do like this neck wrap, and it stays warm for quite some time. You have to put water in the microwave in a bowl so that you donât burn up the feeling I guess. It retains its lavender scent pretty nicely. I took off one star because the filling is hard to get evenly around your neck. Thereâs nothing to prevent it from going from one end to the other. How that is somewhat beneficial so you could mold it to fit your neck problem, but it does make it hard to heat up evenly and stay on your neck or you want it to. Overall Iâm satisfied but itâs not perfect

A confessional review….
Iâve had several various rice packets designed to keep you warm and relieve pain. I am, unfortunately, a little obsessive about microwaving them too long. Iâve burnt though homemade rice packets, expensive rice packets, and every product in between.Despite my habit, this one stays good. Itâs ability to reduce my endometritis pain is incredible, and it smells good while itâs doing it. Itâs also wonderful for cold nights and its weight brings me a lot of comfort.The smell does fade after a month or two, but I simply dab some lavender essential oil on it and leave it sit in a baggie over night, and then itâs good as new!

It works like any other heating pad. If you are interested in the scent of lavender and mint for aromatherapy they didn’t have it on mine.

NUMBER ONE THIS IS NON-RETURNABLE… NUMBER TWO AS A MASSAGE THERAPIST USING IT ON MY CLIENTS WHEN THEY ARE FACE DOWN AROUND THEIR NECK. ALL OF THE BEADS OR RICE WHATEVER IS IN IT, FLOWS TO EITHER SIDE AND DOES NOT STAY ON THE ACTUAL BACK OF THE NECK WHERE THE CLIENT NEEDS IT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

It does the job
I’m pleased with this purchase. The neck pillow is far from the best in the market; however, it does its job. The scent is strongly a lavender one (was hoping for the rose scent to be stronger – I got the pink pillow). The way it’s made (a tube filled with…herbs?) makes it a bit difficult to adjust since you have to separate the filling or move it from one side to another; however, nothing difficult to do.I followed the instructions about heating it. it recommended 34 seconds fro a 1200 W microwave. Mine has 1000 W and with only 30 seconds it was only warm. I lightly sprinkled it with water and added another 30 seconds. I found this to work better, the pillow was warmer in my hand but once I put it on my neck it actually felt hot and comforting.Have used it around 5 times, each time sprinkling water and heating for a minute and it still works fine and smells.For the price, I’d say it’s a good product.
