Rock solid on HomeKit so far.
Terrible experience with other Matter smart plugs that IΓ’ΒΒve returned. These have been great and a reasonable price. None of the No Response headache IΓ’ΒΒve had with other devices. Never installed their app and running entirely with the Home app.No brainer at the listed price. IΓ’ΒΒve bought another 4-pack!

nice plugs
I used these for the Christmas trees in the house, they are programable and worked great.

Connect to Alexa easily
Follow the directions when connecting these to the Alexa app! You don’t need another app to use them. I have only had them a short time but they have not had any disconnection issues. Definitely easy to setup and worth the money! The only issue you may have is that Alexa needs to scan a arcade that is on the plug on the opposite side of the plug’s power button. So, if it is in a hard to reach place, it may be tough to connect it for the first time.

Perfect Apple Homekit (Siri) Plugs
Easy to setup Matter smart plugs. Connected through the Apple Home app in about a minute with a quick scan. Work quickly and reliably. Highly recommended!

works and mostly easy to set up with HomeKit
I ordered the 4 pack and one plug would not connect. I contacted the manufacture and they immediately shipped me a replacement for the unit that was not connecting to HomeKit. The new unit connected and all 4 units are working with HomeKit. I would purchase again. Great communication and customer service from eightree.

Connection lost after few days
I have numerous HomeKit items, these are by far the most frustrating ever. They work great initially but itΓ’ΒΒs all down hill from there. Within about 24-48hrs these things randomly disconnect and Γ’ΒΒstop respondingΓ’ΒΒ to applehome commands. You have to manually unplug/kill power to them to reboot them making them work again. Defeats the purpose especially when you have these in hard to reach areas. Very disappointed.

An improvement over other budget smart plugs, but how do you update the firmware?
The WiFi seems weak so you might not be able to use these everywhere, but at $5 per unit they are a good value. I am concerned that I donΓ’ΒΒt see any way to update the firmware so any security holes might be there forever. If you have solved that, add that comment. Thank you.Once placed in the proper location, this was a quick add to Apple Home and moving it to a different room with a different access point was not a problem.

Great for making your wall flowers last
These are definitely a value pack ! I use the wall flowers from bath & body works a lot. They do last but this plug system helps them lasts longer since I can turn them on or off where ever I am. I also use these plug for my Christmas tree lights and tv too. IΓ’ΒΒve had no issues with connectivity and speed ( as I give Alexa the command it acts right away). I just wish they were more compact but otherwise the design is great!

Using them with Google home. The smart things app is very bad, but the google home app does a better job at managing routines. Attached a bunch of things like evening lights, Christmas lights, etc. Set this up like 2 years ago, the schedules run daily without fail. Works greatly!

i have been using this for a while now and still no issues! i can control it on my phone!

Works great but click when the switch turns on or off is louder than other plugs for sure.

Works fantastic with my Apple home kitI love them

These keep completely disconnecting from my network on a weekly basis. I keep having to reset them and re-add them. Then I have to redo all my routines. Tried to contact the company, no reply. Garbage.Update: I still have the devices disconnecting but it’s been less frequent. Also the company finally reached out and offered a refund. So I’ll go from one star to three stars. Really the only issue is the disconnections which seems to be less frequent now.
